The bird calling on the mountain was a Curlew! This was its alarm call, a wading bird that nests up on heathland like where you were. Lapwing (a type of plover) are also classed as a wading bird, but they are predominantly found on farmland and heathland. 👍🏻

Pineapple on pizza is great👍 👌....olives are also yummy on pizza 😋. I use small wraps for a pizza and they work very well. Great video as always 👍

love the pizza idea, I'm thinking it would be a good idea also to try making a Calzone pizza, put a pastry top on it, that way you can keep flipping it in the RidgeMonkey, get the insides nicely cooked without burning the pastry. kinda like a pizza pie.

For the pizza try a grill like the one you put cakes on to lift it of the bottom of the pan cooker thing you have. should stop it burning and fold the legs in if it too high in the pan cooker migubans. if you cook one side first it should no melt through the grill

Love seeing you exploring Yorkshire, I can recommend it. Have done a roadtrip there myself, loads of beautiful places and spots: druides temple or rosemary top, coldcut stone mine that would be a beautiful droneshot for example. (EXCUSE THE SPELLING ERRORS IN THE NAMES 🇳🇱) Yeah I've always said that ADHD didn't exist in our childhood and didn't want to get it checked either. This year I did and full-blown ADHD was the outcome. For me things fell into place and that gave me more peace of mind. Pineapple on your pizza was an excellent choice, the fresh tomato...mm..nope. I was thinking, the dough is wrapped in baking paper... couldn't you've left it on the bottomside? If you're not interrupted I think you would have successfully baked it without burning by the way. Keep enjoying life Adam and keep those videos coming so we can enjoy it through you! 😊

True we did not know the current conditions we live with. You with your ADHD and me with my ASD.... funny though I always thought myself to just be a freak of a billy no mates but turns out im ASD with communication issues hmmm odd that.. didn't find out until i was 52 a=(last year). In those 52 years I became qualified as a volleyball coach, basketball coach, cricket coach, rfu coach (all really low level 1 qualifications), taught swimming for ten years, taught taekwondo for 30 years, taught maths for 25 years and fought my way through a four year honours degree to teach. I often wonder if I had received a diagnosis earlier in life - would I have just sat back and not bothered? I have no idea. love your vide adam - keep them coming fella.

Pineapple is great on a Pizza and even better when the other toppings are spicy. I know you’re not a fan of too spicy food but try a bit of spicy chicken or beef with pineapple 👌 another thing for your fried egg,put some chives and some seasoning on it while cooking,Morrocan one i use is also 👌

Been to Sedbergh a few times on my way to Appleby horse fair. That spar has always been expensive. As you come into Sedbergh there is a an awesome butcher's try there next time hun. Oh I love pineapple 🍍 on stuff 😋 enjoyed watching 👀 💙💜
