I Found The Best Loft in London… But Nobody Wants It 

Love the bathrooms ... the blue tiles are so nice. And flipping open the mirrors to reveal open shelving instead of a conventional cabinet is something I have never even dreamed of 👍

It’s a great development. I was going to buy one of these loft apartments. Ended up moving to the other side of the river near the o2. You can see the building in this video haha.

Having lived in waterfront apartments before, I can safely say that that balcony is worth 1.75 on its own. Looking down both aspects of the river around the crook of Greenwich, that is just amazing. There will never be a boring thing going on on that river 24 hours a day. Honestly the gaff is worth buying just for the balcony. The little back garden terrace which is totally private it’s completely unheard of in London too. Why the hell nobody wants to buy this I don’t know, fair play it’s a bit far East, but it’s just a really really decent apartment at that money.

I know I'm picky when I see a shower with no recess shelf for all the toiletries. for 1.75m I would expect details/touches like that would be implemented.

Really nice apartment. I just didn't care about the outdoor spaces - none of them were big enough to fit a dining table. The one that had the table on it was crammed and closed in.

1.75mil to be a gentrifier in Canning Town!!! I guess it wouldn't matter to whoever buys it as it's right by the train station which means they can live in their beige flat and quickly escape the area to meet their colleagues in their favourite novelty mini golf bar without having any contact with the peasants below!! They don't even have to feel any guilt for contributing absolutely nothing to the local community!! What a win!
