Hello, Francis)) Thanks a lot. Yeah, the rain sound adds some ambient vibes to adventures, although i was worried a bit of my cameras. Too wet for them

Darina, I enjoy your videos very much, especially your excellent camera work and editing. Very well done. I look forward to your next video adventure.
Thank you very much! Planning a trip tomorrow to Carbon County. Found a huge overgrown site with ruins on google maps. Need to figure out what is that)

@@walkingcam1 I will definitely be watching your next adventure!
Hi, Lyndon 🙂, fortunately weather was warm and rain didn't bother me a lot. Just had to permanently wipe cameras. Although, wandering in forest during a thunderstorm maybe not the best idea)
Great video, always nice to see yesteryear pictures of what I'm looking at today. Something about the shipment of coal I learned recently. The coal, after loaded into train cars for the trip to market, were soaked/sprayed with water. Why? Two reasons, coal dust air soot contamination and the coal rubbing against one another in the coal car could cause friction and heat. They learned early on the coal would catch fire on trip/way to market.
Hi, Tom! I'm reading right now how breakers worked. Believe, this info will help me in researches. Yes, the process contained a few stages of coal crushing (depends how coal gonna be used - domestic or industrial purpose) and spraying with water to remove dust. As well it helped prevent fire in (usually wooden) breakers.
hi, again Joel! No, solo mine exploration isn't for me. Wouldn't like to be a missing person buried alive in an unknown shaft. If a hole looks suspicious no way, i dont go in))
