Saw a base gear warlock solo the ghost king yesterday after I died to an axeman lmao. He did it, but it took him the entire lobby time. He got out with 2m left, thoroughly impressed; wish I caught his name.
Yeah these guys what have 150 bambilions hours of game saying on everything easy easy easy , and it looks easy and then I came home to try it and bom i get raped by normal mobs.
@@vojteskaaaaaa6 I have 54 hours, i reckon the first 30 was before i knew about hell and i have not been there many times but im getting the hang of it, its rly not that hard, just takes a little practice
insane amount of info in here. love the little things like "Hey, grab these and vendor them, BUT sell these to players for X-X amount of gold". Really helpful for those early on as its easy to teach the basics of this game, but teaching what to vendor, what to keep, what to trade etc. is just learned by time really and i cant explain that type of stuff to my peoples as well as you
Don't panic, Ghost King is the easiest hell boss, just jump before the shot and crouch when you fall back and you can keep attacking him, the biggest problem of hr Gk are the annoying black skull bats, one or a few more tries and you definetely will get him. Nice video, made me want to keep trying solo hr lich
As a seasoned barb player ape-ing the absolute shit out of solo lobbies I’ll say tracking players isn’t that difficult//not everyone running you down is wall hacking. Closing doors is a good start in throwing me off your scent, but you leave a trail when you kill mobs that’s easy to follow hehe.
After trying multiple times to solo bosses, I'll tell you that ghost king is the easiest for any classes, but cleric is the best one because of his high damage output, free heals and protection from evil perk which makes the fight a walk in the park. As soon as you learn all his attack patterns he is really easy to fight, one of the bigger things to consider while fighting him is to try and play close to the pools he sets in the arena so whenever he teleports to you, he leaves all the pools in a concentrated area instead of all over the arena. I've gotten so far 3 goldkeys and 1 skull key from farming him in normals and a couple of cursed crowns which I have no idea what they do yet
Have you tried this in HR? Ghost King can be pretty difficult in HR due to the nightmare bats he spawns, and just hard to kill in time due to his higher health pool. If it works in HR solo cleric inferno could be viable.
@@SolomonDandD For me its that jump attack that I fuck up everytime in HR same thing with the flying heads, for solo its a bit too much, after a good 10+ solo tries, with and without kit I haven't killed him
Yeah I know that it is possible, it's just absurdly difficult in HR, especially ungeared. The bats mess you up bad and them + the jump at the same time is a crazy hard attack.
Yup, and if you need that to up your survival %, then buy it. It's more than 100g cost though as it also takes up that slot, so other items can't go there to be taken out. Opportunity cost more than anything.
Great video! I don't have DnD purchased yet, but I'll certainly try to replicate this in regular DG. When you can, make a video talking about how to use high ground to kill mobs, and how to use the invisibility potion effectively!
great vid! does the purple orb one shot you? (assume u cant block with a shield). Also is that what u go for gear stats on the way, magical healing > all?
I killed hr ghost king solo with a boof kit with pretty much just a divine blade, I don’t think u need much since you just melee it. Only worry is killing the bats. I use infernal pledge perk
in the 41:44 you talking about the nightmare bats, i see someone killing them with the flame walk, you use the hellfire when they spawn and flame walk+phantomize
This is obviously a greater gold farm but doing copper/iron ore runs in Goblin Caves or wolf pelts in Frost Cavern can consistently net you 1000 (- + 300) gold per run and has no skill requirement.
I believe warlock is the fastest in base kit to kill goblin cave bosses, I do runs very often and I kill troll in under a minute and cyclops in a little over that, plenty of time to go mine the gold and if you have a friend it makes it that much easier IMO.
what servers you play on but my high rollers are filled with fully geared people that will hunt you across the dungeon. I had a barb bash the door down to my spawn the other day. I spawned in a 1x1 room -_-
I think this game might have a higher skill cap than mordhau just because of spells.theres definitely I higher melee skill cap in mordhau and chiv but there so much more knowledge that goes into this game in every aspect pvp PVE weapons items when to heal how to escape when to leave a door open ambushing people how to react to fighting all the different classes I think it would take a lot longer to completely master this game personally. I’ve played both and I’m better at dad and I still feel way more gapped than when I played sweaty pvp private or custom matches of mordhau. I haven’t even attempted a boss yet and I’ve been playing since playtest 3 so anyone that can kill one is immediately impressive to me
Nah bonking the wall slows it down. I'm repeatedly trying for hits that are very hard to do and failing many of them. This games hitboxes are pixel perfect in many areas so you can contort your body to hit in areas you otherwise can't swing in.
1. this takes way more time than killing cyclops 2. its way harder 3. it doesnt matter so much that you can get a sk from litch when you can go with better gear and kill the players that want to kill cyclops or troll and prob earn more money plus its way more fun and you can mine gold
For every scenario where you don't get boss, would you be making more money doing Ice Caverns? Asking because honestly, squire runs make me around 1000gold per go in Ice Caverns. I play longsword Fighter. I can basekit solo Lich and Ghost King in HR, already got Warlord in normals so im figuring out HR Also, consider watching MadRobots video something like "Solo HR Warlord Bad Gear Edition" where he does it with base kit
Lol Sparky is a legend. Warlord is definitely not easy. I've been trying to do it as longsword warlock - he makes it look ez but he's actually just crazy good.
while the informational part of this video is appreciated a shitload of this stuff is outdated/misinformed. all of the bosses are very soloable and have been shown being done easily in squire gear (including gk)
@@SolomonDandD that’s crazy because every warlock i’ve ever seen solo ghost king shreds it and has no probably dealing with death skulls between flame walk/hellfire lol
I like the vid, great for beginners for sure But when it comes to soloing bosses in HR, its not difficult at all to solo warlord or ghost king once you know them. You dont even need heals when killing warlord. Ive done it all bosses with base kit fighter, bard, rogue and warlock. Check out Sparkykawa if you want to see a legend do it on all classes!
Interesting, even does HR warlord solo. That's also definitely doable on warlock - probably almost with default kit (probably need divine blade for DPS). I'll start to practice that but that looks mega difficult compared to the other two. If you killed all 3 consistently it'd be more like 15k gold per hour because warlords artifacts are worth so much.
I hate these best money makers even when it comes from a video with runescape theme give us DECENT money makers not the best the best is not always the better option for newer players.
I actually have a bunch of different money makers on my channel ranging from easy ones like mining, to F2P ones, to methods like this that are extremely difficult.
Lmfao this is HR buddy. 5% each, 10% each with a greater luck pot, and a 1% chance of an artifact. Plus a normal inferno run averages 3k, which you can do 2 of in an hour anyways. 7k is a low estimate.
@@ingo505 You don't grab sellables unless you need to fill in small inventory spaces. Gear is always worth more. You break barrels and look through every blue/purple item for high rolls.
