Actually the dam view is just straight from the 1st time that you meet the dogs. (The open area) . Just go straight instead of going to dusun tok lee. Its literally just in front. From dusun tok lee also, instead of going back you can turn right, there is a viewpoint and a big signage at the top. You may not notice since weekdays is less people around. Too bad, lets go again sometime!

The nice mountain you saw from the Tea House is called, Bukit Tabur. Now, it's closed for hiking because there were few accidents that cost lives. But when it was opened to the public before, it was very adventurous hiking. More like mountaineering. You have to go up there as soon as 6.30am and reach to the top point before 8-9am. Or else you'll be cooked by the sun. 😅 The steepness of the hike was really BOSS levels. Not an expert level anymore. I used to go there to train and workout during my running years. Going up and down for beginners will take about 3-4 hours. And for seasoned people, about 2 hours. Upon reaching the 1st pit stop of the mountain, you'll get to see the beautiful dam down there. There used to be mountain goats roaming around the mountain before. I'm not sure about now. Nice encounter with the nasi lemak shop and the tea house. The food looks amazing and delicious. Nice episode and good to know that you were in my neighborhood 😁

You both definitely ambassadors of healthy living & literally : "Jalan-Jalan Cari Makan" ... After 23k steps, I can definitely eat whole lamb ... That's why food will always taste nice when you hv burnt more than 1k calories

When i saw the dogs at the orchard in the beginning ...i knew it is kemensah...is nearing to the bukit Pau d. The view is very near if you walk 10-15mins forward when you reached Kelapa Muda

What a day you had. Very tough the two of you. Lol, no hats or umbrellas but an all round day, starting with roti baker,nasi lemak n ending with a nice lunch. So many things and places you have shown us n so close to KL. Good work. 👏👏👍

I wonder when you will visit Kemensah. Good nasi lemak will always give boiled egg even it you take fry egg. I suggest you guys go get another trip when its not on holiday mood. Quite a nice shop in the area to eat.

I added the Tea House as a "place to go" to my Google map, and hopefully someday I can visit the restaurant when I fly back to Malaysia. I do have some family friends living around Melawati area so it wouldn't be too hard. Thanks for the video, and that's some insane hiking you guys did. I remember hiking into the dam with my dad by walking on the water piping when I was little because my dad wanted to fish around the dam area... I don't think we caught anything, but that whole area was very beautiful.

Yeahhh kemensah is such a nice place, near to my house. Lots of nature and great views there. Unfortunately some parts of the place are now being under Hutan Simpan. So you kinda need a proper permit to get in. Do check out air terjun sofea jane or lubuk tedung when you have the time. Do note that you may need guides for this. Have fun!!

Jimmy n iChang come jalan² to Kuantan. We have lot of hiking places and one of it called Bukit Panorama, deep in Sungai Lembing old town where it was the earliest and deepest tin mining in south east asia.

FYI. Kemenseh requires permit now from the forestry department. I was told that Dusun Tok Lee is permanently closed.

This place 美啦华地， Melawati, is an old small Chinese town. Popular for it's nature and simple food. New mall called Melawati Mall.

Done visit gerai nasi lemak. Thanks jimmy & ichang for the recommendation .Its really suite our tastebud. The sambal not too spicy and rendang,sambal sotong are soooo sedap. Tak payah ke Kg. Baru nak makan nasik lemak sedap pakcik makcik style. We always in hunt for good calm breakfast spot in rural area or warung style. The food always taste good , cook sincerely and serve generously. Will be our fav place to lepak later for nasi lemak.❤
