Thank you very much for sharing, my colleagues and I frequent 100 AM mall Don Don Donki to buy some drinks and snacks during lunch time. Now there is a newly open Wagyu restaurant in here, will patronize when passing by during lunch time
100AM has lots of great japanese cuisine but its not crowded at all, even on weekends. The maguro fish head was big and scary! But glad that everyone enjoyed it! Personally, I had phobia with eating seafood with hands/legs/head existing hahaha for some reason it just freaks me out. The mazesoba is nice!
That multi layered Tonkatsu reminds me of the one I tried at basement of Takashimaya Food Hall. I am a big fan of Japanese Tonkatsu but that one is the first time i tried multi layered Tonkatsu and it left a very bad impression that i have not had that again since then (like half a year ago) . The tonkutsu there is so dry . The meat although is thinly layered had been processed till very dry and not juicy at all. I had to keep drinking the soup to be able to swallow my food. Looking at the ones you had here, makes me want to go there to try to give this another chance. It sure looked so much better than the ones i had 😀.
100AM is mainly visited by a good mix of local and expats. Mostly are still locals living around this area. Because it’s a neighbourhood mall surrounded by HDBs and condos.
Haiyaaa Ghib,,, you make me hungry again,,, ano gyoza n tonkotsu n maze soba mazu try shitai ne,,, do you eat all of that food in one day Ghib?? if you are,,, sugoi wa,, 🤣,, Thanks for the Video , Huat Ah,, 👍😬,,
Hi Ghib! Thank you for introducing us to Japanese culture and food in Singapore. It's hard work and a lot of commitment and sacrifice. Our family loves Japanese food and culture and hope to explore more interesting Japanese cuisines in the country.
@@GhibOjisan ohhh don’t try! Just do it when the borders are safe. Bring us to explore the hidden treasures and let us exploit with your cultural advantages. We don’t need you for the full day but just those golden “makan” hours 😆
I’ll never forget the kurobuta katsu I ate at Kagoshima! Have to check out that shop! Plus it sells my fav hitshmabushi and shabu shabu too?! 何回も行かなきゃ!
I want to eat that giant tuna fish head!! How much is that? I can't find the menu and price tag for that fish head dish. I also can't reach anyone via Magura Brothers contact number. Any advice Ojisan?? Thank you :))
Ghib-san I heard that tuna has one of the highest mercury content and a lot of that mercury are in the eyes. (not sure about the latter one but I'm a fan of both.) I guess it's part of your unavoidable occupational hazard. haha stay safe and I'll look forward to more of your videos!
The japen hotpot it tradition with japen for long time ago n it not new n it soup more salty than other.for us normally we add more water so suit our eating habit n normally the japen doing the soup noodler it just simple n not more thing in the noodler. But soup amazy cover everything in whole.now you introduce i think it the laster vision.
