So 1 plot is $16,000.00 USD, that is very very expensive for a 70x100

I don’t think people are realizing how incredibly expensive land is in Ghana. And it’s inflationary. 100x70 is 7000 sq ft, which is .16 acre. It will take 6.25 plots for an acre not four. Secondly, these are leasehold purchases for 50 years not freehold. There is nothing appealing to that to me. I crossed Ghana off my list.

Please go to Rwanda and buy land freehold without any problems.Ghana has become less attractive when cost of living including housing is unattainable to most people.

Last 3 to 4 months ago, it was 60 thousand and it jumped up to 80 now 200 thousand. Why are you selling land in eastern 200,000 Ghana cedis? Why? This is very bad

Abokobi Hills is within Greater Accra Region and the market price would inform you that Royal Kingdom Estate has relatively if not the best, one of the best prices in that area. Your opinions are always fairly noted though 🥂

Won't even consider this land for that price. It's a shame to price gouge people wanting to come and have a better life. You can buy a water front property for more affordable then this land.

A plot at The View is going for 200,000cedis outright payment and 220,000 Cedis for instalment. 160,000 Cedis outright purchase at Black Star Village and 170,000 Cedis for instalments. 70,000cedis outright payment at Grace City Phase 3 and 80,000 Cedis for instalment.

To buy a plot out right it’s 70,000ghc which is around £4310 and to purchase via a payment plan a 50% upfront down payment is required and the rest spread over a 5 month period will cost you 80,000ghc which is around £4935. All plot sizes are 100x70 feet.
