Loved this so much. There are SO many gorgeous roads in Taiwan ....probably a solid 30-50 other routes that are just as beautiful but different scenic vibe compared to 21. TOO many local gems in Taiwan that will give you experiences like you did in the video. Come back soon!

I loved that you were able to visit such a talented family. There are so many just like Chen and his family on the island, and yes, those greens in the peanut sauce are to die for! It’s my favorite vegetable here, and it’s delicious served hot OR cold! Great episode! ❤

Caoling was slightly different before the 1999 Sept 21 earthquake, initially created a lake there(after landslide caused by earthquake blocked the river water) , by the way you might find the oil slightly bitter, but indeed its good oil :) as you can see , since the earthquake , they did their best to attract tourists , bring tourists in through scenery as well as local agriculture produce. By the looks of it, they did very well

but it's better for us, if we use the internet on a laptop via a hotspot on a smartphone. if you use wifi in a hotel or commercial it won't be safe. but if you use a VPN it is also permissible on various commercial wifi, but there are many cases where customers have been hacked using a bank account login with a VPN. VPN it turns out that there are some workers at the VPN company who are evil recording IDs and passwords. The VPN must have access by bad people who work at the VPN company. so the best solution is simply to use a hotspot on a smartphone with data usage. Just using wifi in commercial is strictly prohibited when transacting at a bank. Unless transacting using wifi at home won't be a problem because wifi is a privacy setting by the home owner.

You can’t get hacked just by using a public wifi, but also just recently- I was going to add in this video but it was too long, I had a video chat requested by a “brand” that wanted to work with me…. I had a weird gut feeling- so I googled the brand and there was a huge warning on Reddit/ this company does a video call and somehow during the first minute of the call, they hack into your entire system get all your passwords for social media and take over everything. Glad I listened to my gut on that one…. But if you have VPN running then it will block your servers and they can’t access anything. There are many ways to be hacked.
