Fun Fact: My mom actually owned the patent (in the United States) for those glove sleeve things in the 90's. She originally meant for them to go over children's gloves and coat sleeves to prevent snow from getting in there while they where playing. She called them "Glove Mates." I guess someone in the early to mid 2000's bought the rights when the patent expired (I remember renewing it was really expensive and she was struggling with her health and had a lot of medical debt at the time) and made them accessories for edgy scene kids.
