I'm in my early 30s, been flipping and hunting at sales (almost two decades as a kid) and such across the globe (military and contracting). Whenever I come across someone selling saying "Nah, I can't take that. I can post online and make double or such". I used to be like "Ah... ok". Now I'm just like "Do it. What's stopping you then?" 90% of the time they somehow realize that they "don't have the time" and accept your offer lol. It's why, I sometimes hate going to sales without tags or prices marked. You can't show "emotional interest" in things because these types of people will act like they're on an antique roadshow lol.
