HELLO 💖 firstly, thank you to everyone who wrote to me asking for advice- I had such a good time making this video. And if I didn't answer your question, don't worry because this definitely won't be my last advice video 🧚🏻
I tried to cover some general bases that most people, at some point in their life, struggle with. As someone who has always found deep comfort in shared experiences, I hope this video can give you that.

My Anxiety is so similar to yours, I'm a introvert and I also suffer from social anxiety but sometimes people just criticise and say you're just overreacting about all the issues I suffer from and honestly it hurts.☹️

I'm going through a breakup too, and nothing that I did was enough, but I was definitely trying my best, I gave my 100% to that relationship. Something that helped me and I know it sounds a little sad or you could think that is not helpful at all, is that you're not the person for him, even though you did your best, even if you tried so hard to make it work, it is something that I didn't wanted to accept but once I did I felt way better, the thought of "I gave everything and he never cared" that made me feel so bad at first now gives me piece, I gave everything and that's okay, better things will come, why would I want to be with a person who doesn't care?

I have a question My parents want to make me and my family go on a trip around the world for a year and I don’t want to go because I am going to miss my friends and I don’t like traveling as much as them and I know I might sound privileged but this is a real problem for me so do you think I should go or try to resist going?
