It has been Nigerians that have been there for me throughout my stay in this country even more than zambians. When I became unwell 5 years ago I was just astonished at the response of those I knew. I went to a hick Midwestern college in Missouri. I was fortunate enough to take a sociology class taught by a professor from Nigeria. He showed the class this video. The only difference is that the European and American investors find lawyers who design rigid contracts that favor them and they have enough money to take you on if you bring an action against them.
You need to add world bank, united nation, European and American aids to developing countries on the list and you will get a larger picture of international scams.
