Everytime I see a Beretta now, I regret selling mine. Just a classic for anyone weened on 80s and 90s action flicks. Hearing you mention Tom from AATV, and seeing BadaBing commenting here, I'd love to see a roundtable video of you guys geeking out over all things GBB and putting a few rounds down range.
Thanks, I do love them. I saw a few classics at the Airsoft Fair, there was a table with basically only Airsoft guns made in the 80s and he said the guy running it said he regularly comes by pre-ban Tanaka's amongst other gems. I do love the old WA guns, may not function that well but they have such nostalgia!!
I used to be fascinated with WA 1911s but too bad not mucb stock ability and hefty prices. Looks like buying it 2nd hand is the way to go! Might even score such a bargain too haha
Mags are incredibly hard to source. They were nearly double the price of TM/KSC mags back when WA guns were actually affordable, so you were never likely to have loads of them to hand anyway 😕
I love Beretta 92 pistols. Got couple TM and WE plus KJW and SRC, but finding WA is almost impossible in Europe. It's amazing how many different versions WA made and the licensed markings on them are pretty nice. I recently got Nova Centurion Tactical kit for my TM, but I'd love to get one of those more unique variants of WA for the collection. Btw, is the brigadier slide on that WA Elite thicker than the regular slide on the whole length like the real Beretta?
I remember really wanting western arms guns must be early 2000s. What ever happened to them ? I remember constantly browsing ( just pistols reviews think )
They're still going in Japan I think but are less and loss common over here, they were the classics back in the 90s but now you can buy pretty much anything and it'll shoot better than one of these 😂 but they do have a certain charm and the recoil is somehow different feeling to modern GBB pistols.
@@OllieTalksAirsoft I'm sure I remember TM bring around 100 120 per pistol. Kwa being maybe 60 70 80. Then WA being pretty much 200. Way too much for a 15 year old
You SUCK 🤨 Nah, good work finding those bad boys and investigating how to fix it. I've a Magna WA M92F from 2004 that still runs like an absolute champ. My SCW 1911s also run like sewing machines. After the TM Desert Eagle, they're the hardest kicking GBBs I've ever owned, despite "only" being heavyweight plastic. They don't make 'em like they used to. Western Arms are far too expensive for me now, so I haven't bought any since picking up a Beretta Cougar M8045 in the late 2000s. Would dearly love another custom 1911 from them, but I can get a TM gun & upgrade it with a high-quality full metal kit for the same cost nowadays. And building it is 90% of the fun 🤷🏻♂️
