There is definitely a difference. A light peel……I think it’s working. May you continue to shed the old and embrace the new. I am looking to do the same.
Hi Antionette. Thanks for sharing your life with us. I live vicariously through you. You are brave and very inspiring. Wishing you a Happy New Year and prayerfully your best one yet!
I love the vlogs! Your skin definitely looked better! My daughter got a very light chemical peel due to her extreme allergic reactions to external and internal allergies. So she had another light peel three weeks after the first peel. her dermatologist recommended this two-step peel. Thanks for sharing❤
I do the same thing as soon as I walk in the door is wash my hands and get them germs off so I don't get sick. But I'm also OCD'ISH in a bad way. Never got sick during the pandemic because I was already cleaning doorknob and all high traffic items off. Simply keeping your hands clean can keep many illnesses away. Lol Good to see you today. Happy New Year.
You are doing these videos for me. Antoinette I am about to take a 30 foot trailer across country. I am slightly scared but I know I can do this bc of u. I would love for us to connect and meet up one day bc I am 52 and traveling all over all. My kids are adults and left and I got a divorce so I face solo. Anger bc I am left to defend myself solo and there are so many vipers out there trying to get into my zone. 2024 is a year of boundaries for me and the only way I know to do this is to isolate and find comfort in my biggest challenge. Dealing with me and not allowing others into my personal space. I must do this bc so many have violated my trust. U go girl keep encouraging us through ur video diaries I will be watching you as I travel 36 hours in a 30 foot rv
Living vicariously through you! I love the longer videos. I think you probably didn’t peel because you kept your skin so moisturized. But I definitely see the difference ❤
Love the longer videos and your skin looks better. Deep peels scare me, but I know they're beneficial too. Your skin looks better each day. As you get your grove and stress leaves the chat? It's only gonna get better too!
Happy 2024 Antoinette! This is interesting. I’m not sure what the chemical peak entails but I’m here for the results. Enjoy every phase of your new life in Bangkok.
I get hormonal acne as well, I have found face wash with benzoyl peroxide, lotion with retinol at night , salicylic acid topical and sunscreen during the day has been the best routine. In the beginning your skin will peel and be sensitive but after that process , keeping up that routine helps limit the amount of acne eruptions and hyperpigmentation . Hope this helps
😂Love those camera shots! You are so awesome as a content creator. I wanna take an editing class. You are one of my instructors😊 I am even thinking outside of the box because of you! You inspire every emotion. I find myself lil as well as shedding a tear. Love your hair. My middle name is Antoinette😂Love you Goddess..from Cali..hmm Thailand
Skin popping however PLEASE USE SPF EVERY SINGLE DAY , wide sun glasses and some sort of visor . That is the only way to prevent and keep acne and scars AWAY
Retin A!! It’s a miracle how it perfects your skin. I’d recommend using it every other day (with lots of sunscreen of course!). It will continuously peel. I’d start with a .025% or .05% cream tops. If you do laser, you’d want to stop using it a week or two before.
As an esthetician it is safer to use a lighter peel on Fitzpatrick's 4-5 so as not to trigger hyperpigmentation. Ask them if they have a Mandelic 10% peel. This is the best one for darker skin tones. Also use a pretreatment, a tyrosinase inhibitor for a couple weeks prior to the peel.
I haven't commented on your videos in a while. While I enjoyed your van video im really enjoying these vlogs. Your skin looks visibly improved. That acne shot worked great. Peace & blessings for 2024. I look forward to your next vid.
I understand about the renewal of life... I am considering purchasing a home in Texas...it scares me. But I see your journey, I love and appreciate your videos. Change is hard for me, it makes me nervous!!!! I am working on embracing this future change now.... thank you!!!
I watch you and see your journey..... with each new video. I get a vision and goal for myself and my daughter.... I see her doing something like this... and l love it. I am looking forward to seeing your next post......lol
Good Day! I love the longer videos. Try Arm and Hammer Baking Soda to wash your face and then use a cut lemon on your face. It will take away the dark spots and even out your skin.
The peel definitely did a job! Your skin looks smoother and lighter for sure! Medium would’ve been good, I would’ve been scared to do a deep peel for my first one tbh!! 😂😂 but you look beautiful girl keep glowing ✨💕💕💕
I've only gotten a chemical peel once and I know there are different types but mines was topical and put all over my face not just in one area. The idea was so that my skin healed evenly. I was also given a ton of after care instructions and told to avoid going outside, if possible. It truly worked wonders for my skin and reset it. Thanks for sharing your life in Bangkok!
You are so inspiring, if you could have seen the smile that spread across my face when I saw you just posted! Happy New Year and I look forward to joining you on my first trip with you❤
I've had several chemical peels, Vipeel and TCA about 6 in total. I peeled everytime, starting around day three, your skin will get tight first, areas will become darker and usually peeling starts around your nose and mouth first. I don't know how strong your peel was so that and your skin will determine how much peeling you see but rest assured that even if you don't see a lot of visible peeling, it's working. Maybe he went light to see how the skin would react first. Trust the process sis ! I highly recommend a deep peel, after care is important. Sunscreen, gentle cleansers, dont peel it off, let it come off naturallly or risk more hyperpigmentation. And Korean skincare is the business, learn what works for you. Now im doing laser facials, to work on pitted scars.
Well, even though we all have flaws, you my dear are stunning, and you have a huge fashion flare (although I'm not a fan of huge glasses on anyone lol, I know it's the 'thing' nowadays) and your spirit is powerful, and I love watching your travel vlogs...thanks for including us in your journey!
Your peel did work you can really see the difference. Plus drink at least 80 ounces of water daily to help. And no greasy foods. Less oils on your face as well that should help. Oh I love the vlogs 😊 I just realized I’m old enough to be your mom😂😂so I speak as a mom. 😂😂
I think it's hormonal that is causing your acne. I experienced it in my late 30s and early 40s during premenopause. Our skin differs from theirs - don't give up. You'll find the right dermatologist to help you.
Thank you for this video friend. Keep living your authentic life. You’re glowing from within. It looks wonderful on you. I’m working on my glow as we speak. Happy New Year. Thank you for taking us on this trip with you. I’m ready to start seeing this world myself.
Definitely better. My pastor today preached “Turn the Page”. Stop writing with a pencil & use a pen to write your vision, hold yourself accountable. Happy New Year
Go Antoinette!! You really should get your win scooter... Especially since you are trying new things!! Bria Maine YT is in Thailand as well... She's teaching English. She never thought she'd be riding her own scooter!!! I would love to see you with your own transportation!!
I use to do chemical peels on my daughter, it usually starts to peel by day 3. I don't remember keeping my daughter's skin moisturized so maybe skip a day of sunscreen to see if that makes a difference. Congrats on everything 🎉❤🎉❤🎉
I wonder if you may need a stronger peel. My daughter's first peel was 10% and she barely frosted (when it changes to a white color after application and the white areas turn significantly darker before the peel) so we went up to a 25% and that was the jackpot for her.
I'm not someone who take a life changing situations easy, but stepping out of the comfort zone is not easy for me. I too would like to build a van out and go travel. It is on the list of my of things to do in the future. So like you say I will do it anyway to break free of the unknown. Love you and Happy New Year 2024
I agree with Kemhughes, I love the longer video... Happy New Year Lovely and let's all have a wonderful New Year..Oh btw, I'm truly starting my healthcare routine tomorrow the 2nd..but like I said on Instagram..not giving up my zero sugar cherry Coke :)..stay safe!
Your skin looks great! I’d definitely keep up with that process as often as the dermatologists suggest. That’s a crazy difference in 6 days. It looked very gentle and it worked.
I havent watched in so long. Just now catching up. Love to see your journey and growth. Im wondering if you had the copper IUD. I did and the same happened to me. Painful cystic type of acne. The only thing that worked for me was black soap that a coworker brought me from Ghana. Cant wait to see whats next for you and I hope to join you on a trip soon.
I like your vlog. I would like to move overseas myself. I think the expats, digital nomads are going a little too far. I think we should be more discreet. The locals are not happy. We are living like rich and they are getting jealous. Look what’s happening in Portugal, Mexico, Brazil, Costa Rica. The foreigners are leaving. It’s getting harder for others to go there. We need to keep a low profile. We need to be more discreet otherwise we will not have any where to go. Thank you, keep up the good! J P
I just found your channel this morning and i really enjoyed your take on renewal and living in your purpose. Here’s to living your best life!! Happy 2024🎉🎉
