Life is too short! Go where you are treated the best! Even if it means living the land of your birth.

I'm glad I am across your channel. I have a gut feeling that this move, for me, is tied to my peace. America is becoming unbearable. I love America; things are getting terrible.

I’m from Australia and I think it’s important to move tbh. It gives you a fresh start! Europe is for me 100%, it’s less about your objects but more about quality of life. Your physical and mental health being healthy is more important than all the money in the world.

Congratulations on your move out of America. It's important that we especially black people understand that the world has more to offer than just the US. Im definitely living a better life abroad.

Glad you said the US.. since America includes so many other countries.. North and South America are vast continents. So many say America and in most cases they are really speaking about the United States which is a country on the North American Continent. Glad you made a positive move to help yourself. I grew up in NY, but originally from Trinidad (which is also part of America) living in NC for the past 25+ years. I've traveled abroad and I would love to live somewhere else one day outside of the US. Best of luck in your new home!!!!

It's always been a dream of mine to lve abroad. For me, it's spiritually connected. I had a testifiable moment abroad and in the end, I realized there's just so many beautiful places God has created. Why not explore and discover paradise beyond the confines of where you are.
@kevinbutler2632

I been having this same conversation with family and friends. God created to much on this earth to just stay confined to one place and not explore.

Great video! The crime, the violence, the hatred, the lawlessness,the politics..I finally said “IM DONE” I feel like this country (I’m from California) is Turning 3rd world. I can’t! Just Rented our homes out, sold everything we own in America and bought 1 way tickets to Thailand. 46 days, 8hrs and 32mins…the countdown is real! Best of luck on all your adventures!

My dad was done after he got out of the Air Force in '68 due to the hostile reception he received upon his return. 1968 was a turbulent year, not unlike 2024. We moved overseas to Africa fof 10+ years. I'm in the Philippines now because the US is becoming unliveable. Ill always go back for family and friends, but I own no real estate there anymore.

In the USA every thing is a rush . We rush to eat . To sleep. Rush to work… and if that’s not enough, now we can’t even afford housing .some people make only 1600 month but their rent is 1200-2000 month. It’s crazy here.

I will share this about me with you Ronnie: I'm in my early 60's. I was born into this "lifestyle". My highly educated (BA/MA), Black single mother got fed up with the U.S. in *1968,* during that particular period of "Civil Rights". She packed herself, and her only child (me) up, and we moved from Los Angeles to Recife, Brazil. I was in the 5th grade. It wasn't as spontaneous as that, as she planned it out and had a job setup as a counselor at the American school there. We lived on the Boa Viagem, across from the beach for almost 3 years. She made it a point to travel around that area, so we visited (by bus) areas North like Fortaleza, down to Bahia. We toured massive sugar cane plantations West of Recife. Traveled a small part of the Amazon by boat. She met a Portuguese gent, and then we moved to ... Portugal in late 1970. His job then took us to Kenya for a bit. I have 3 citizenships as a result of just that time. Ultimately we came back to the U.S. in time for me to go to High School. The short of it is I have been to 77 Countries and have lived in 4 for at least more than a year. Since about 15 years ago, we maintain residences in Johor Malaysia and Tangier Morocco, as well as our home in the U.S. All of this to illustrate my experience to ask you a question: You're young, and Assuming you have family in the States - perhaps parents - have you pondered what your plan will be if your aging family members in the States require care, if they are unable to care for themselves?

I want to leave the US but finding somewhere where the cost of living is lower and there is a medical facility that is familiar with rare diseases is what I'm looking for. How much do you have to have saved to go?
@findingmaitribe
@findingmaitribe 2 месяца назад
That answer varies. It depends on your lifestyle and how you want to live. America is one of the worst countries to be in… if you have medical problems. Medical procedures and medicine costs a lot less in other countries. And doctors actually care for their patients. 😊

Have not moved yet but have a couple yrs of college left, speak 4 languages and have my pick of what country to go to. For me it was just honestly not feeling a sense of home here. I love different cultures and wish for a different life elsewhere. It's expensive here. I hate the credit system. I will be traveling in the next couple yrs and will decide then although my sites are on Japan. But America just is not it in terms of a joyful life for me anyways .
