I mean, it does an amazingly good job compared to all other social media. Twitch doesn't give the slightest damn about who leaves, has a really obvious preferencial treatment and a lot more things like that, Instagram can ban you for saying balls, twitter is twitter, tik tok is extremely toxic and gives little to no revenue (and a lot more but I don't use TikTok so I forgot)

I see a lot of people saying "youtube doesn't actually take care of their creators" but it depends on the department of youtube your thinking of, the department that handles rewards and stuff like this is full of really nice people but departments like the one in charge of strikes and punishment is full of jerks. It just depends what department your thinking of. I personally think youtube does a great job but just needs a little help.
