If you can only be bothered to do a 10 minute workout every day then this video is perfect to see the results LOL. But I did do this challenge kinda wrong as I only did 1 out of the 4 exercises I could do. I'm actually so dumb it just didn't even cross my mind and I went the WHOLE 2 WEEKS without realising...HOW LMAO I didn't realise she had a whole website I just knew of the ab workout from Tik Tok and Chloes video showing peoples results. Hope you enjoyed the video anyways I guess I'm extra impressed with the results now :)) x

Chloe ting has a 2 week shred programme and you have to do like 2-4 workouts a day and it varies. So it’s not just one workout a day🤍

S yea you can lose weight off your waist but it’ll eventually build you like a box. Your waist will get smaller but you will become boxy over tule

Just a reminder. These workouts only work if you are eating correctly. If you are in a caloric deficit whilst doing this workout you will lose weight. If you maintain calorie intake and do this you will likely see slight progress but nothing too insane. If you eat more protein whilst doing this challenge maintaining calories then you’ll gain more muscle

Great job! The video is actually a part of the 2 week shred programme which is on Chloe’s website. Some days you do up to 4 videos so it’s really hard, I sadly didn’t finish haha but that might be why other people’s results are slightly different xx

Personally if you’re really motivated to lose weight then I wouldn’t go by Chloe Ting’s workouts. They’re not absolutely horrendous but they’re not the best.

Chloe Ting has a 2-week program with this workout on her website. So, there are different workouts on top of this basic one you did. But, omg, you have incredible results, look! Your tummy got sooo toned! Well done!

There's an actual program that you have to follow on her website, that gives you 2 to 4 videos to complete nearly everyday, including rest days.

Most other people who make the video do the chloe ting 2 week shred program which includes this ab workout - with the ab workout for it to work you have to include some type of cardio which is in her program xx

The extra in your arms will be muscle from the up/down planks and planks and bits like that in video! There’s a whole 2 week program on her website which might’ve enhanced results. But for 2 weeks your progress is so impressive!! Well done X

honestly girl abs are mostly made in the kitchen, so as long as your eating healthy and ENOUGH those abs will come right throughhhh. keep up the work xxx

Omgggg u look sooo fricken toned and the arm and bum is muscle don’t worry and sometimes when u get muscles that fast which u wouldn’t usually there’s like a swelling in ur muscles so they are extra big ahah but omg especially ur side profile looks AMAZING

The actual plan is more than the one video a day but it’s definitely cool to see how just the 10 minute video a day can affect you - cause anyone can do that quickly in the morning before work or anything! 💙

the reason people saw more drastic results is because that video is part of an ab program, you have to do about 3 different videos a day to see the same results

I finished the 2 week challenge and the results were okay not much of a difference, so I ordered a waist trainer from powergymstore and i'm starting it again now to see if it works better

The actual challenge is on the Chloe Ting website, it shows a list of the workouts you have to do per day, ranging from 10 minutes to an hour a day. That’s where you’re going to see results! X it’s not just the one vid but you stunn girl

(no pressure!) but if you want the full workout you’re not meant to be just doing one a day, she has the programme on her website ! it’s still only around 45 mins max i think tho. i’m on day 3!!

I just started today! Wish me luck 🥰 I really will update y’all everyday tho ‼️ and before this video I did a 5 day water fast and lost 4 pounds 😌‼️ if you really put your mind to it there’s no excuses.. have a positive mindset and remember you can gain wait back!
