Dubai and Emirates handles bags ruthlessly. There has been many complaints about bags being opened. There is no note in the bag stating that they opened the bag. My bag with my TSA lock was broken and opened and then they even tore my inside of my bag. Emirates and DXB never acknowledged for mishandling of my suitcase and they would not reimburse me. Emirates sucks. and I would not fly them again and through DXB anymore.

The technology shown in the video isent built by Arabs.Even the head of operations is a westerner.The only thing Arabs can do I'd throw money.

Sure and i’ve had my luggage lost, on dxb-cgk emirates flight. And was only compensated about us$367 after about 6 months without any news of the luggage…..they had invoked the so called ‘warsaw treaty’ to have them shielded from any more damages…..clowns i’d say
