I remember a night that myself and 2 mates left a party, not far from mine. We walked through a local park and straight into a group of around 10-12 Asians. We exchanged pleasantries and they decided to partake in a friendly biff. We were not mugs (and they knew that) but thought they had the numbers. All I really remember was ripping of fence pailings and a tree garden steak. I remember being surrounded by mosquitoes. We hurt a couple of them and we got tapped up a bit. My ego to this day calls it a draw. Anyways, 1 of the neighbors called the police. All them slimy bastard took off, bar 1. All the police see is me stomping him. Anyway the short version is my 2 mates and I get charged with Affray. Them- Nothing, not 1 of them were pinched for anything. Fkn Justice department can go get fucked. Right now I’m sitting on my back deck in the middle of the bush, minding my own business and living the best life I can. Thank fuck I don’t live in that head space of, what fucken next! Cause there was always something. Peace.

So I know here in Queensland if someone attacks you without provocation And if that person dies that started the unprovoked attack legally you cannot be charged because it goes under the unprovoked assault actI know this because me and My Brother❤️ I know this because me and my brother got jumped got On the train by three Gooses Long story short A person got stabbed the other and I got charged for GBH of the other two went to the cells no comment interview CCTV footage of the incident was captured by the train cameras it was a 12 hour ordeal that’s waiting for detective to do their research and to try and charge us but they couldn’t and we both were let go without any charge Also My Brother was charged with assault with a deadly weapon (knife) And Micko without any charge thank you CCTV LOL
