I've gotten food poisoning a few times throughout the years while traveling. Unfortunately I got food poisoning again while traveling Costa Rica. I was surprised I got food poisoning here in Costa Rica! No matter what country you travel to in the World, you can still get food poisoning anywhere! Follow me as I explain what happened and my tips on how to avoid getting food poisoning.
