After visiting the Old City of Intramuros in the center of Manila, I got caught in a flood while I was heading back to the metro. I was wading through water almost up to my knees at one point.

I have never seen flooding so severe in such a large city. I'm not sure if that was normal or not. People didn't seem surprised by it. They just carried on with their day. Vendors were still selling. People were driving through the water like it was nothing. Kids were swimming in the road.
I couldn't film as much as I wanted to in Manila because it was raining so much. It rained every day I was there. I tried to wait for a dry day but it didn't come. I was there for 10 days. I think I picked the worst possible day to film
I really enjoyed my time in Manila. I'll have to return during the dry season so I can explore the city a little more.
