Looks like the department has to order more Smart cars due to Nick totaling so many of them. Imagine the cost the city has to owe due to the list of skill issues, lol 4:30, 4:45, 4:55, 5:00, 7:00, 7:10, 9:14, 9:22, 9:26 and 10:00
