Small claims court is a thing, if you have evidence he committed to paying you back (written/documented) an proof you gave him the money (electronic transfer) you can EASILY get ur money back…file a claim online, schedule court…take off work for a few hours for a remote hearing…and show ur evidence and get the money back (per judge ruling). But you do that when u seriously plan on never speaking to him again. He took a mortgage from u, get ur money back.

I was always told not to loan more money then I could afford to lose. While it will hurt, walkaway from him. A man of his word would've paid you back, or made a payment plan to pay you back and would NOT hold it over your head as a reason to maintain contact.
With the 2900 I would advice that she talk to her ex and tell him that she needs the money first. If the ex does nothing about it then she can proceed to cut her losses. Best case she gets the money back worst case she looses the money but at least with some sort of closure after talking to them.

First about being 15 and dating someone 21 thats a problem and here it is. I understand that women or girls can be more mature than men BUT the issue I have is that he is 21 and if he wants someone 15 it shows me he immature and capable of who knows what. A grown 21yr old man would not make that time of careless decision cause he knows it won't work. He either just wants sex or he is a predator and therefore dangerous. Guys like that often coerce younger women into prostitution, drug addiction or are more likely to be abusive. If he were 18, I would still have questions but could see it. 21-NO!
