y'know what's terrrifying? the fact that some of these people are telling the truth about their age. kids at very young ages are somehow getting exposed to this and then willingly participating in it. it's genuinely terrifying. edit: i have my own story in roblox, read more to see in like 2016-2017 (i think) i met this guy who i thought was my age and he said he liked me. i was young and i wanted a bf so i said yes, but i didnt necessarily like him that much, and i thought he was around my age. more stuff happened, and eventually he started asking me about a certain... position. i didnt know what it was so i just said it was cool or something idrk. (position hint: he liked wolves and dogs) eventually he started roleplaying to me in private, which started out fun until he made this weird plot about the school being under a 'trance' and everyone was just 'doing it'. then he actually roleplayed him doing weird stuff to me and i didnt know what it meant so i went with it, plus i didnt bother to search it up. after that, he decided he wanted to call or something. so i friended him on my ps4 and when i heard his voice, he sounded like he was like 30-40. my old username was related to fluttershy at the time and he kept saying "shy? shy? hello?" because he nicknamed me as 'shy' or 'flutter'. i told him on roblox i didnt have a mic about like 2 days after i blocked him on everything i had him on, i realized that this was very, VERY, wrong i thought this was the end and i could forget about it, but because i met him in a game, we probably had the same taste which was mostly like shooting, fighting, survivor games at the time i joined "survive the night" on roblox and he was there somehow, and he spammed "SHY SHY SHY SHY FRIEND ME" in the chat. i left immediately in horror using the game "check a user's last online", it shows he was last active at september 14, 2020, 11:23 PM. i'm scared if it changes to something more recent. edit 2: i found out i joined him by chance because he had "friends, followers, and people i follow" on. around when the relationship started we followed eachother

I love how schlep stated "dont try this yourself" because i know what schlep is doing may look fun but some predators while being confronted can get very ferocious or aggressive, this can sometimes lead to doxxing, grooming or sexualising minors, which is obviously not acceptable. Usually these predators are premature degenerates but they are probably still older, bigger and stronger than you. I dont mind if you know what you are doing but this is a warning for any minor that tries this confronting strategy. Please make sure to do this with a trusted adult or just stay safe!

i got a lot of these things as a younger kid on roblox, but growing up with parents who were VERY clear with what to do in situations like that, i always got out of them and did what had to be done. i feel terrible for children who weren’t given the same amount of education i had on the matter, and those of them who became victim to such horrific actions.

I usually accept my sister's friend requests as a prank, but this time it wasn't her. I got scared because the account started sending me weird messages and asked me to join their game. The game looked cute from the icon, but when I joined, it was filled with inappropriate content. I was disgusted, so I left immediately and unfriended the account.

i remember when i was 13 i was playing this game one time called 'ZO' and there was someone calling my avatar mommy. they asked how old i was and i told them my actual age. they then continued to tell me that was 'perfect mommy age' and wouldnt tell me how old they were. i got really uncomfortable and left the game. i'm still scared to join that game to this day

He was saying this publicly so the other players in the server were just super uncomfortable (including me.) I was aware of groomers so I reported him and blocked him. I still wonder what he would have done if I had accepted his friend request.

I found thousands upon thousands of accounts, with friends and friends of friends and so on it could probably be millions, who were either predators or wanted one to get them.

Never told my parents about this but someone added me on xbox and was asking where i lived and my age and i told them my age and immediately they started sending me weird stuff. I have always been cautious on making friends online and always check if they are using a voice changer to see if they're trying to act younger then they are. Pretadors and online safety is something to be taken seriously so always make sure your talking to who they actually are and not something they're trying to be
