Dang, sorry to hear that - I've nearly had my account hacked before by these types of scams. I'm thankful that I did the research and looked closer at the screenshots and stuff sent. I really hope you're able to get your account back!
No offense, but how did you even fall for that 😭Even for someone who wouldn't know would figure that out. Especially if the "hacker" says something stupid like you've been reported for fraud or something on the lines of that. It's pretty simple to avoid since all you have to do is just think if you even did that. Not only that if you really did do something like that and Discord was actually worried they would send you an email, not a Discord message 💀
The hacker was on my friend's account and using the friend's account (he was pretending to be my friend), he claimed that someone with a similar username as mine had "deceived" him and he accidentally reported me instead of the person who deceived him. He made the whole thing pretty believable, so that's why I fell for it. Learned my lesson though.

I mean, there's probably reasons like it depends on someone's experience with scams like these, no one has ever tried to scam me before, so I fell for this, but now I learned my lesson and if something like this were to happen to me again I wouldn't fall for it.
I've never been hacked before, so I had like no instincts, and they made it really believable too. I followed through everything and only found out it was a scam when they asked for money. By that time, they had already stole my account. Definitely learned my lesson this time though, not gonna trust the smallest bull crap anymore lol.

Fair, but I've had it for a while, and it's not just any discord account, I've made a lot of memories on it. I did get it back though and yes, I've learned my lesson.
@@brutalag3999 I sent a couple of tickets too but they said itll slow down their response to my account so ill hope for the better, atleast i got a response. Also i can still see the hacker using my account. Im really paranoid and i dont want it being abused. Id rather it be deleted or something so i can star over if i dont manage to recover it. Im really stressed out man
@@shiki-kun1750 I was in your exact situation one week ago and I know how it felt. Just at the moment be patient, there is really not much else you can do right now. I really believe they should get back to you within at most a week because for me, they had gotten back to all the tickets I sent to them within a week. Also I think it's fine if you sent multiple tickets just because I did the same thing and they still got back to me pretty quickly. Just avoid sending any more just for safety measures.
No, I got my account hacked. The hacker fooled me into changing my email and he took my account. He then asked for money but I didn't give any, so I didn't get scammed.
