my experience was wonderful and the team very knowledgeable and supportive. That procedure itself is only mildly uncomfortable and that some sensitivity can occur after the procedure, however, a few hours of discomfort is definitely worth a lifetime of good vision

This is not to be mean by no means at all but I noticed your foundation is really dark on you. I have the hardest time finding the right match for me. I'm having to mix a few and it's still too dark.

Followed you from day 1 & love you. I could 300% see you in the PICU but definitely know you run your butt off even with 1-2 patients that are insanely sick. I highly recommend spending time in picu as a nurse ❤ it’s a whole new world & I can see you thrive there

So lucky it worked for you! I went in this past summer ready to go, Xanax kicked in, paid and all, and they couldn’t get the suction to attach to my eye. They tried and tried and kept rolling me back under the laser. Most traumatizing experience ever, and my eyes were blood bruised for weeks. Only other option is PRK but I’m scared and don’t have that much downtime. I have horrible vision, but oh well 😢

Sweet girl … PICU 2:1 I’ve been in a single room 12 hrs. straight unable to leave except to jog for meds. by the end of it I had 12 gtts up. Not including maintenance & meds. And running to 2nd vent to suction, turn & keep 2 gtts going with maintenance & meds. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Each world is a RUN just in different ways.

I know you are wondering about ICU because of the 1-2 patients, but in the ICU you are running around just like any other unit. There really isn't any inpatient unit where you aren't really running around, maybe Gen Peds. The number of patients doesn't equal how busy you could be. Less patients you have normally means the sicker the patient is and the more busy that patient is.
