I love the entire intro to this video because its the truth! Even a little bit of extra fat can feel extremely uncomfortable to me, so I fully understand getting lipo entirely for yourself. Currently I am working on getting rid of the small bit of extra fat that makes me feel uncomfortable, but covid is making it take longer than it should as I'll loose it and then accidentally gain some back (but not as much as was lost at least). I never really thought about just getting lipo to help out a bit, but now I might consider it once I can afford it, and have payed of my hospital bills, if that little bit of fat is still bothering me. On the plus side, I have an extremely high pain tolerance so I just sleep for a day to three days after any major surgeries and only really wake up to eat a bit and go to the bathroom. Which would be so nice right now

i’ve done this at 19 almost 4 years ago and it was the best thing i’ve ever done because even if i’m still kinda chubby on my tummy arra, this gave me ✨curves in the right places✨ i don’t regret it at all❤️

I just had liposuction on my arms and back, and truly feels like I'm on my own. The few people I told were like "just exercise, you're not fat, just spot train, it'not safe," blah blah blah, despite me showing vids, going to and showing them its the most reputable beauty clinic, having the doctor answer their 1000 Qs, etc. But watching this video gave me so much reassurance to : 1. Stop seeking people's validation since I'm doing this for myself. I live in this body, not them. 2. Not feel so let down by lack of support. I'm still in recovery but i look and FEEL happy and confident in my body for the first time in my life. 3. Not involve judgemental people in my recovery journey. I'll see them in 2 weeks cause they're skepticism is the last thing i need 4. Sometimes we have to do things alone, and that's ok (As long as you have a good doctor you'll be okay) 5. And heck yes to getting that confidence and getting rid of insecurities. I've always been healthy and sporty, but my arms have always been chubby which made me avoid the camera at all costs. Goodbye to those chubby arms and hello to strap tops, sleeveless dresses, even backless ones! So ready for Summer 🌻✨️🌻 Thank you Makenzie ✨️✨️

I've had lipo on my inner thighs and was able to be put to sleep during the surgery, I was not told I needed to keep the compressions on and my nurse said I could take them off after a week or so. My skin was not able to heal properly and now I have hanging loose skin. WEAR YOU COMPRESSIONS!!
