Well I don't really think it's an oversight. Is there really a reason to make it impossible for players to get their own levels? If you think about it, the number of levels you can upload is limited. Even if you use multiple accounts, it's pretty unrealistic to be able to use this to your advantage because the number of levels from other people is so much larger. Even if you would somehow be able to abuse this, does it really make such a big difference? The level isn't easier just because you made it. It still has to fullfill the criteria to get in Super Expert. You can argue that you can put a Dev Skip in it but every Level could potentially have a dev skip. Practice also doesn't really make such a difference since you can basically practice every level that you get in Super Expert with a second switch. So yeah I don't really think it's a problem that one can get their own levels

A lot of youtubers have a "stash" of videos. Too busy? Not in the mood? Etc... just pull out a video to maintain presence. Not posting hurts their algorithm

Yep, you can't throw shells up in the SMB3 style. I remember a troll level made use of that fact.

Yeah, I thought the same. I somehow always forget that this doesn't work in SMB3 xD I don't know, it's just a bit weird for me. I mean all throwing mechanics work basically the same in SMB3/SMW/NSMBU with only this one exception

Is it just me or does Ryu doesn't collab with (or even mention) other creators as before? He used to do it often, back in the day. He frequently mentioned and traded levels with CarlSagan42, Oshikorosu, GrandPooBear, pangaeapanga, DGR, BarbarousKing... I can't remember even a single instance, recently, though.
