The black showing underneath makes it look like he isn’t primed so that’s just what I figured make the paint scrape off like that. Sorry for the miss understanding!

@@BreyerTrot I wouldn't have been able to put a lighter colour on him without priming. The black you are seeing is the original model. He was primed in white. So the damage completely removed the finish, pastel work, and primer, revealing the original body colour. I don't strip models, just prime. :) My guess is he was banged against something, making the primer in that spot Crack and flake off.

Also the one Breyer I was selling for was 300$ and the Peter stone that got stolen was 600$ luckily I got them back and sold them to someone who actually appreciates them

Look up where this person lives if you’re able to then call the local police department in that area and explain what happened. Just make sure you have evidence to back you up.

I know this was two years ago, but Faith Madison has probably 6+ aliases now and is still to this day scamming people. She occasionally, once in a blue moon, has a good transaction, but has stolen so many horses from so many people, I am honestly shocked to see that she was even doing this crap 2 years ago.

Having painted figures myself ( not many model horses) when the paint chips off like that it can’t be covered up that easily as painting is done by layers, it went down to the color of the original model, so several layers down. It would be easier to strip the paint and start over as it would be a very visible even if she was able to match the colors used.

I have absolutely no experience and customizing, and clearly you don’t either because if you did you would know it’s not that easy ;) this is clearly not a basic colored horse, who if I wanted to get professionally fixed would cost me a bit of money. Wasn’t having a fix, clearly said I was grateful to have them back, but I am allowed to be slightly annoyed that a model who used to be worth double what it is now is now damaged and that was not in my control :)

Her whole video is her experience being scammed. She has every right to be upset at the condition in which they were returned.

You obviously do not collect model horses. Just a scrape? Aaaahhhhhh!!!!
