No lie, more aspiring content creators need to hear the message about not having to worry about where that next check is coming from. As someone who has "made it" on RU-vid, you'll spend 22 out of 24 of your day doing content creation if it's your sole income. It's just like owning a business as a start up. The amount of time and effort is crazy if you were to actually clock it. Said all that to say, I'm over making my check off of trends and worrying if people are going to support the content...Let me get this salary right quick!! Edit: Congrats on your promotion bro! congrats!!!! you hit a lot of great points esp PTO... people should not be ashamed to take PTO.. also having a great work/life balance! When I'm at work I work.. when I'm at home I do not work. I work with people who seem to make it known that they put in 60-70 hours a week.. good for you! That sounds horrible... My job is not my life.

Can you make a video on how you negotiate your salary, I’m in marketing and looking for my first corporate job in marketing while learning in desgin, but I have 8years in marketing and I see jobs I love with base salary of $70k a year but my goal is 100k plus, can you go into base salary, equity in company and other benefits you would recommend to ask about or see if they offer? Correct! I use the onboard mic majority of the time. I have the wireless mic too, I use it sometimes. But when I use the pocket 3 I just wanna pick up and go. If I need to use a mic, I’ll just take my Sony zve1

lol I would be too! Honestly I’ve always had decent facial skin. Never had acne or rarely have blemishes. But I’m a firm believer of having a face routine for preventative measures. Thank you! 100k is on the way 👏🏾🔥

Congratulations on your Promotion... Keep up the good work.... Nothing wrong with working hard and seeing the fruit of our labor. Getting yourself care days in too helps as well. So grateful to work at at job where work balance is encouraged and taking Self care/mental health care days off when needed. Burn out is not an option for us. My boss don't like that.
