Wow I’ve never been this vulnerable on RU-vid before but here is the quarantine vlog from my five days of isolation at sea. I spent 5 days in a quarantine room after I tested positive for COVID and yes, I was the only person on the whole ship who tested positive. Unsure of how that happened but I’m so grateful I was asymptomatic and my roomate didn’t test positive. Semester at sea took such great care of me and I am happy to share this experience so you all can see what quarantine is like on the ship! #semesteratsea #sassp22

I am quite surprised by the fact that semester at sea for the current voyage has not been cut short. I love watching Jordan Bauth. She is the figure skater you are referring to. I am not at all happy with the quarantine lengths of time for those who test positive for the virus.

Hi, Shelby. I am so sorry that you tested positive on the ship at sea.😢. It scares me that one of the people on the ship have positive or negative tests. As for me, I don't have no covid, thank god!🎉🎉🙏. I wear my new "Tom and Jerry" mask to protect myself and drink some water. So...yeah. I'll be praying for you when the 5 day quarantine on the ship is over. Be safe and stay healthy.😊😙💙💙💙💙💙💙🌈🌷💖💖💖💖💖💖💖😊😎☀⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐🙏👍

Covid is airborne. So being in a room with someone covid positive (unknowingly) although you’re not talking to them or kissing them, you can get it.
