Yes, I got a nose surgery and it changed how my voice sounds. I infact did not have a boxing fight or situation with a rapper or youtuber despite what you may have thought from tik tok or dramaalert. actually think it sounds better now im excited to make new music, videos, albums and rapping with my new and improved not-as-nasally voice. Good shit bro. I had a deviated septum for a good 7 years before I finally got surgery on it. The surgery didn't do much for me and I still sound nasally most days lmao. Happy for you brother, I feel your pain. Hopefully I'll feel the same relief eventually

I had something similar to this. Had "Chronic Rhinosinusitis" and had to have my polyps removed because it constantly sounded like I had a blocked nose. There is no "cure" for it and they grow back eventually very slowly, but that's years and years down the line. (20+) It was so embarrassing the nurse having to change my nose bandage and it was a mix of mucus/blood. Do you have to use that nose rinse bottle that you squirt into your nose with your mouth open over the sink? I had to use that to treat the sinus and boy is it gross.
