I am missing you on the TYPE-R content! You deserve so many more subscibers + views, it doesn't give you the justice you deserve considering the amount of time and effort you make on these types of videos. Hope you are well =)
The mugen tailights do look nice, but lacking the non functioning turn signal sequential light. That's a no for me. Other than that, I have to agree the quality is there.
I agree to some degree..I'm loving the mugen tail lights you could tell they're good quality. No offense to anyone else but imo the v1 v2's look cheap.
Great video! I just ordered mine, people need to stop being so sensitive. You never said anything bad about High rev sports. Look forward to the next video!
Awesome lights! I have the HRS med smoke V1's but the clear just looks so much nicer like you said! Quality wise those I doubt HRS is that much better i've heard of people with issues as well, had mine for less than a year and one of my reverse light is already out. Great vid tho! keep us updated how the quality holds up!
@@NvSrAgE679 I have V2's as well. I love the design of them more than V1's, but I liked that V1's has the clear vs orange turn signal lense on the other. I have finally grown to like the orange on my black type R. Not a single issue so far with mine! HRS v2 all the way for me.
I love mine. One side looks like it’s fogging a bit. Not enough to make a huge deal yet. But I have HRS across the street from me which makes life easier. Love your vids. Just did that adjustment on the clutch. Hoping and praying my second gear grind is better
Need to wire it right and run the wires through the weather boots for the OEM tail light harness. Extend the right side turn signal harness and run it all through the left side weather boot.
There is another way to install the wire. The suppose "correct" way is to route them through oem wire holes. (2 wire cable you see on each side near the hatch rod). I did follow hirev's instruction since it the easiest way to install, it haven't fail over a year now ( car park outside no garage in the California sun).
i love the mugen tail lights but i have a few reasons why i havent gotten them 1. it's a hit or miss with mugen tail lights.. some have really bad condensation inside and theres a noticeable gap. unsure if mugen fixed this issue 2. brake lights are not that bright.. 3. sequential blinkers not fully functional 4. pricey it's better to go with HRS or just keep the stock lobster look
Great video.. I went to the ebay link and the description is 17 to 20. Will these work on a 21? They should basically the same car. Also are these exact clear from this seller on Amazon? Thanks again and Happy Holidays
Hope you're doing okay! Been 3 months since the last video : /. I know you asked for opinions for content, but I think if you do a video on how to properly clean the alcantara and etc, it would do well
This would take a little bit longer but an easier way to keep those extra wires clean would be to start on the trunk and run it down to the tail light rather than up.
Just installed these same tailights, tucked them into the weather stripping the same way. Have you had any issues with rain or weather relating to the trunk since installing the wiring this way?
can you turn off this STARTING SEQUENCE MODE? it comes on every time you drive as soon as the light comes on. when you drive into the tunnel this animation comes on, it is questionable whether this is allowed
Sad to see this channel is basically dead. He’s still around but only doing stuff on his firearms channel. As far as I know he’s still active in the Type R group on FB so he still has the car. Wish we had some updates or closure tho
Used to have a 2020 FC2 before it got totaled in a natural disaster so I ended up getting a CT2 accord. But shit man 10th gens look so good, the FK8 especially
