I guess April is just Victorian Skirt Month around here 

I made another Victorian walking skirt!
And then an internet outage conspired against me and I wasn’t able to upload the video during the month I actually stitched the skirt . . .
ANYWAYS~
Angus was very helpful during this project, and I completed it more quickly than my Sunflower Skirt. My next project will be hand-stitching a matching shawl to go with this and make a whole ~Victorian Ensemble~ :D
