2020 Mini GP3 Review - The new Mini John Cooper Works GP, also known as the Mini GP or GP3, has a top speed of 164mph, making it the fastest Mini you can buy! I only had the car for 48 hours, but thought i'd knock a quick review of this mad Mini together for you guys to see.

Good content I think your brakes maybe on the way out I have a GP if you even breathe on the pedal the thing takes your spleen out

Haha good to hear! I reckon 4000 miles as a press car may have shortened the lifespan of the brakes on this example. Thanks for watching!

Great review Blee! Still disappointed this car is not offered with a manual gearbox - I think that is a big mistake, especially as I've seen some reviews slate the 8-speed auto in this car (edit, I've just watched the bit where you've criticised it lol). Still, I bet it's a load of fun!

Haha, yes its not the best but I didn't miss a third pedal all that much. I didn't have the car long and I expect after a bit longer with it I may have ended up changing my mind tho!

I get what you're saying but honestly you want both hands on the wheel!!! Its a fighter (Which i love tbh) The gearbox isn't the quickest but in sport mode its quick enough.

@@BleeCarswell The look on your face sums it up!! It's absolutely mental, you cannot help smiling and laughing. The speed it takes through corners is unbelievable, find I have to be so careful to keep it sensible. Looking forward to some track days this year (Anglesey sadly cancelled next weekend) to see what is can really do. Speaking to EVOLVE they saw huge improvements to the ride when they configured their car for the road, dialing out much of the track focused camber.

Would you recommend this car as a daily driver? I am a hardcore Mini fan and would like to switch to the GP3 but I am wondering if this car is reasonable as a daily..

You don't want this car in the manual in this car it's too powerful to take your hands off the wheel. Take the traction off to get rid of the delays. I do understand why people want manual but you really need to change too many things to do manual.
