In the last few years this channel and a few others were very much appreciated and helped us go through all that nonsense. I no longer watch television, just videos like yours. Thanks buddy.
Hey Kevin! New fan here, finally got around to commenting. 😊 I've been a Steve Wallis junkie for awhile and discovered you a couple months ago. I'm a longtime Rochesterian and thrilled to be able to watch your exploits. I see in your videos you walk through my hood quite often, near Pinnacle Hill. So cool! I hope to be able to glimpse you in person someday in your travels. Thanks for the life hack in this vid, I'm going to try that next time. 😁 Keep on stealthin'!
Thanks wasabi! I have definitely been camping in your hood a few times. Don't hesitate to say hello if you see me out and about, I love meeting subscribers!
I remember stumbling into your channel and witnessing the neon jogger 2 years ago. Congrats on 2 years of success, Kevin! Your channel has inspired me to get out and camp more frequently, great activity for mental health and wellness.
Man that freeze frame at around the 9 minute mark caught me completely by surprise and cracked me up! So Awesome! I found your channel when watching all the Tributes were being posted by Stealthers for Camping with Steve back last year. I subbed to a few of those yours being one of them a small(plots) bit of good after a tragedy. I am still working through your back catalog and love the channel.
When people ask me about the greatest influences in my life they always question when I say Kevin from Small Plots with Kevin but I never question it. Happy anniversary Kev, congrats on 2 years!
Wow, cant believe it has been 2 years, I remember that jogger episode. My first recorded stealth was November 2021, the sticker fiasco, I'm sure you know that one. lol. Hopefully your all settled into your new digs, tell Sam I said hello when you see him. Cheers brother. Stop by my premiere this Sunday 4pm EST, love to have you in the chat.
You’ve got to blow the froth off of a beer great video mate and you’re in a tent for a change way to go, good stuff mate I enjoy watching your adventures john from Sheffield South Yorkshire England Great Britain
Great video! I remember that spot! Glad you found a place without any widow makers. I camped down at my spot in the wind too and took advantage of the fact that a few dead branches in the area but away from my camp fell where I could cut them up for my fire.
My sense of direction is zero, zero. 😅 I get lost everywhere. No problem. I enjoyed this adventure very much. Your chaotic self in combination with your humor is irresistible. Irma from the Netherlands
oh baby jesus ive seen all of these videos at that spot ive gone from getting fired during covid to a 5 star restaurant and youre still going back there. proud of you for getting a tent lol
Awesome as always Kevin. Third year congrats to that. I think it's awesome that you do it at the same time every year. I really hope someone doesn't figure out where you are and trys to mess with you glad you just do it on different days so they won't know when unless they check every single day that would be just pathetic if you ask me. They just need to leave ya alone and let you put out the great content you always do. It is great too and Hilarious 😂. You have one of the best RU-vid channels out there. Along with Sam bananas, base camp Chris and the outdoors MeGee. Those are my favorites so far along with yours of course. Thank you for sharing and for all the hard work and time you put into these videos, they are truly awesome just like you are. 😀 😊 STAY AWESOME KEEP ADVENTURING GOD BLESS YOU 🤗HUGS🤗
I love watching you every Tuesday! I have an idea that might help you - maybe bring a small rake to clear the ground for your tent avoiding rips or tears in the floor and plastic under the tent to avoid wet spots. 👍🏻
Ruby Red Genny is where it's at! Loved this video and seeing a bit of the Ra-cha-chester. I'll be in town mid-April and mid-May for shows, so expect an email. Keep up the good work in the meantime.
6ft4?? More like Tall Plots 😂 What was that lovely music you were playing as you were about to set up the tent? Congratulations on 2 years camping. Space Kitty 4 life!!
I remember the first video I ever watched you were walking around to some whimsical jazz music and all the sudden you stopped and smelled the air and said someone's smoking weed. I don't think I could have hit the subscribe button any faster
I always think about that, as well as the bay; the problem is manifold, but basically boils down to parking and homes taking up most of the shoreline. There's actually a secret park on the bay that can only be reached by boat, and one of these days I think I could get away with cowboy camping on Durand Eastman beach, if I could find a ride there and back. I'll definitely get into more lake Ontario camping!
Did you ever try the Fjallraven Keb hiking pants? They're awesome and kinda look like the ones you wear. I highly recommend Fjallraven camping/ hiking pants. They will last literally forever.
A lot of trees have fallen lately. My friend has a landscaping company in the ROC and he is turning down jobs because he is so busy. Stay safe from widowmakers.
I’m an avid camper and I enjoy your channel and Sam banana’s too. I’m just starting out as a stealth camper. My son and I want to explore the stealth camp . Just gotta figure out where. We live 2 hrs from you in southern Ontario. Lots of spots but we are newbies. How do you and Sam find out where to camp with no people around and complete solitude?
Hey neighbor! For me, I literally just scour google maps. I check street-level view if I can, and look at the area through the seasons (you can change the year of the picture it displays). Google Earth specifically (not maps unfortunately) you can change the year for the satellite view, which is helpful for finding foot trails and possible structures if you can find a screenshot of autumn or spring (they don't do winter, I guess). Sometimes, if a place is really questionable, I'll scout it out beforehand, some woods are weird and super dense, and impossible to get through. Hope that helps!
@@smallplots awesome! Thanks for the quick response. I’ll be scouting out spots today! Looking forward to the isolation. My son and I love camping but we are done with parks where people are around. Too much noise and drunken stupidity. Can’t wait to get out there in quietness.
If you're looking for more solitude, I'd check your local regulations on what I believe you guys call "Queen Land". If it's anything like New Yorks "state land" then you can pretty much just camp anywhere, and it's super remote
I just returned from a solo hot tenting overnight and thought lets watch some small plots and some Sam Bananas. Thanks for all the work you put into getting us some content. Sam with man groomer you with onlyfans, you guys are really taking it to the next level.
(narrator): Kids.... don't try this at home. This man is a trained professional. Armed only with cheapest department store camping goods, and his wit - he ventures deep into the artic outskirts of the a city that features one of the finest jazz departments in the country..... the Eastman School.
Alright! Nice to see you. And a glorious episode it was. I love those coyote sounds too when camping. I have been told they make that noise when they make a kill. If that's true that's even creepier considering how many times I have heard them during the night. 😮
Camping with some authority lol!! Great camp that’s for sure, that’s cool you keep going back to where it all began! Where the creator started creating!
