Have lighter meals..juices.. include yoghurt and try breathing properly..this really helps..for the sleep and that horrible acidity..use pillows for elevation and try to sleep..the more you rest the better.. can't wait to see you all happy and healthy after delivery ❤ God bless🌹

I’ve gone through divorce 5 years back. Ended abusive marriage of 8 months n it was really really difficult to go through all of this especially because of people Around you particularly relatives. Hi Malvika..I thought of sharing this information as it might be useful for you.. I delivered a baby 3 months back and had the similar pain in upper back, upper abdominal areas and it used to last for few hours. I initially thought it might be an acidity or a gas pain, but soon after my child delivery, I started experiencing it more frequently. When I got my upper abdominal usg done, gallstones were detected and the doctor said its common during pregnancy. I used to lead a healthy lifestyle and excercise daily, but still I got the gallstones during pregnancy. So you might consider getting an upper abdominal usg done just for your satisfaction. You may not have the similar issue but I thought of sharing this information of what I went through recently.

Hey ananya I also had similar symptoms the pain as malvika explained was unbearable,with that gallstone pain one vomits also as that is also part of gallstones symptoms.Whenever you get time malvika should get ultrasound done as gallstones pain comes and go.

Same situation in pregnancy that I can relate too... Severe acidity, lower back pain that radiates in left leg. Its unbearable sometimes... And baby moving kicking constantly that it becomes irritating 😓

I haven’t bcm a mother yet but i can so relate to that discomfort from gas and indigestion. I hv been thru this alotttt and later got to knw it was all bcz of gall bladder stone. Same situation happened to me in my pregnancy related to stretch marks Just keep applying loads of creams and oils now and even after giving birth atleast for a year They will go Mine is 80% gone Very light is left My baby is 2 year old now Bio oil and anti stretch mark creams helped me alott

Hello malvika ...I can completely understand u I was mom at 25 ...your journey is the same that happened to me...I know being patient in the end is very difficult n each day goes madly....even I had tooth problems at 5 months ...I know each day is very difficult but atleast u have support system. Believe me 1 yr is gonna be the toughest too...but when u turn back ull be proud that u have done that alone...omg ull be more confident n more patient n with immense knowledge about baby n mommy things...May Jesus give u immense strength to do this.i was in yr shoe somedays back...its not permanent it will pass ...

Exactly. Women need to be honest about the physical pain, and the reality of pregnancy changes. People need to stop sugarcoating this experience by just saying, “once you see the baby the pain will go away”!!! Physical pain stays- moms just get busy with the baby
