I Hatched 10,000 Eggs in Pokemon Scarlet! 

Shoutout to my ditto, who was very much working the challenge as long as I was 😔 10,000 Likes = 100,000 Egg Challenge Will I endure this again or will I be spared? It's up to you! Streamed live on RU-vid! Swing by if you're a fan of me crying in real time! EDIT: I am aware that I could reset the eggs if none of them were shiny to clear my batch quickly rather than releasing them. But I large batched them prior to stream so viewers wouldn't have to endure watching me harvest eggs for 30 minutes+. Large batches = longer streams, which meant better recordings and less dead air time footage wise for editing! As for the first batch, when I was actively harvesting on stream, I didn't save because the shiny Lechonk appeared! Also, steam engine, magma armor, and flame body all help with egg hatching!

On the off-chance that people have not made you aware of this yet: If your set of eggs wasn't shiny, you can just reset over them and won't have to release one by one. Just save manually before getting eggs, then hatch them all without saving in the meantime. If you find a shiny, save. If not, simply reset.

once this reaches 10k likes and you do 100,000 eggs you should do eggs in different gens! 8192 eggs in gen 3, primo eggs in hgss, gift eggs like riolu and more just to see what happens! anyways awesome video im glad i found another epic gamer shiny hunter to watch while i shiny hunt! :)

Biggest tip I learned was to save before getting your eggs. Get like 2 boxes full of eggs, hatch them all, if no shiny just reset so you don’t have to release each one

it always baffles me how easy it is to get shinies in scarlet and violet. like damn their rarity has changed from something that you may never see in a playthrough, to something you can get in an evening if you're bored. i know the charmed MM odds have been the same since gen 6, but the last bastion of MM hunts was the need to collect eggs manually, ad far as i can tell that's not even a hurdle in SV. damn

shoutout to ditto, and i saw my name in chat during the tatsugiri hunt, and gg's

The literal FIRST TIME I masuda hunted in Scarlet/Violet, I went VASTLY over odds, requiring 1705 eggs to hatch a shiny (i believe there was a less than 5% chance of getting zero shinies by my 1704th egg). But it was one of those species where one gender is more common than the other, and I got the rarer gender, so that was nice. Still, it took real life weeks to do and drove me off the masuda method. Conversely, the other day I bred an applin with my ditto for just one single egg to have a high IV dipplin, and somehow, that one singuar egg was SHINY 5IV. So that made up for my first masuda hunt.

I will never forget when I tried to shiny hunt for my shiny sprigatito. I had like 5 or 6 boxes filled with eggs.....hatched a shiny on my first egg.

That "YOOOO" behind the Ditto was SO fuckin funny

Now I know where my Feucoco came from when I started playing Pokemon Scarlet. But, at this point, I would like child support.

Apparently I need to try docked mode for collecting and hatching Springatito eggs. It used to be a mixed batch with fuecocos until I was getting a shiny fuecoco almost every session and no purple eyed weed cat

Decided to do this challenge myself, Currently at 1830 for my 10000 eggs doing it a bit different though decided to do 5000 in swsh and then 5000 in SV. so far at 6 shinies
