You're supposed to set your stream category to whatever is closest to the content you're streaming - If you're playing SAP, you should be in the SAP category, not the Balatro category. He was in the "Just Chatting" category, and decided to switch to SAP. However, this TOS rule is pretty rarely enforced. Only if someone is purposefully misrepresenting their content.
