It should have been made clear, she was NOT given clearance by her MD to do any air travel. In the US we cannot make any International trips yet, only transcontinental. After July 01st we might be able to book flights across the Atlantic & parts of Canada [but mostly we can drive there]. Since she quit her job at Buckingham Palace and does not have any plans to donate the profits of her book to an organization to benefit the needs of children, she cannot legally use her title and should be sued by the House of Windsor for false representation.

I read that the Queen allows them to use Sussex but not "Royal" as in "Sussex Royal" which is what they originally intended to use when they broke away from the monarchy.

Unfortunately there's nothing we can do about her using her Sussex title. The hypocrisy of hating the royals but using her title is disgusting
