I'm planning on waking up earlier because there are so many distractions in the morning. How often do you need to stay in bed to get 8-9 hours of sleep? I fall asleep around 10 and wake up at 8. If I want to wake up at 6 a.m., would it be sleeping at 8ish and waking up at 6? My guess is yes; the goal is to stay in bed for at least 10 hours.
