Just so your time isn't wasted with this bot nonsense, here's a channel update: - Upload for this month is Touhou. Its either "Solar Sect of Mystic Wisdom" or that 6 minutes "Perfect Cherry Blossom" song - Next month is most likely going to be the Lamenter's Remake. - And the month after is going to be either Touhou or Battletech. This is a case where if I can't finish the Battletech song on time, it'll be a Touhou upload. If I can, its going to be Battletech. - Lorgar VS Corvus song after the previous month. - Honestly haven't thought this far into the year. I also went and changed my profile picture temporarily. Hopefully, it'll take a while for the bots to switch profile pictures and people will be able to tell the difference.
Hey. About the Solar sect song Soo, I got my players fighting a literal sun cult headed by not!Okuu. And I was woundering if you would approve of me using the song in the fight. Pretty please with a cherry on top?
Plot twist this StringStorm has been hacked and the hackers are using a deepfaked AI voice to try to dupe us out of prize we seemingly all won despite not being previously announced.
Now, the most infuriating thing about this is that RU-vid gives you the option to report a channel for impersonation (which is what these bots are doing), but it's literally impossible to use. You have to write the URL of the impersonated channel, but custom URLs don't work and there's *no way to see the actual URL* outside of checking if any other channel has the affected guy linked, either in their subscriptions or their "channels" tab, then you have to copy and paste it. Of course, you need a PC for that. However, even if you manage to write the channel link, you *still can't* send the report because the "send report" button either does nothing or doesn't even show up.
For the love of the Omnissiah, the bigest gift what we can get from you if you can do again warhammer themed songs. I know, I know this is not possible, but I still miss that days...
So years ago I actually had the opposite problem, a guy at a beach club had one a TV Raffle but well I couldn't convince him it was legally his. I spent two weeks emailing the club and him saying "hey this is yours, please come pick it up"
Came here just to comment that the scam bots had somehow managed to post a video. Having listened, the title makes sense. And yeah, the new slew of bots has been really annoying. Looking forward to new songs!
That happens, I've got several replys like that on youtube comments under different video creators' work. The bots are pretty obvious, well to me at least, but I nevertheless appreciate the PSA. Those bots might not be as obvious to someone else. If this PSA saves even one person from being scammed, it's been worth it.
No, it’s been a problem across RU-vid we’re random bots with stolen pfps of the creator of the video and ask your to message them for a prize, then they get you in dms
