I save money where I can and feel like I am being judged. Thank you for being vulnerable. Makes me feel like I’m not crazy for being conscious on spending.
First, it’s great to see you on here still! If you are still at the hospital north of Everett, maybe try the Everett clinic? Hubs switched companies and he got a 100k increase from his base pay within the first year. They shouldn’t be reducing your pay. Don’t feel stuck!
When I had anxiety, I had a very hard time focusing on reading my book and write my notes. Whatever I tried to absorb information into my brain. All that knowledge went out the door the moment my eyes tried to wrap around the words I was reading. I got depressed and felt like such a failure. I suffer a lot from mental illness. Feels like life is unfair sometimes for me.
There was this new systematic review that came out from the British Journal of Sports medicine that showed physical activity was better at improving symptoms of depression, anxiety, and distress as compared to therapy and medications! And the higher intensity, the more they saw a benefit! Exercise has helped me. I think it’s be a terrible wreck if I didn’t
Yay, you’re back! Nothing wrong with saving your coins. It’s ridiculous that primary care is always the sacrificial lamb. And no, you’re not crazy…you’re a doctor, a wife, a mother and a business woman😂
I think what your organization is doing is common in healthcare, but remember, they need you! So I feel like it is always a good idea to look at other options where you are wanted and compensated fairly!
The COO literally said he didn’t care! We already have so many nurses leaving medicine, I wonder what’s it’s going to be like when doctors start retiring too 🫠 it’s going to suck
The headsets are fine. If someone says that, you can say, "And you are not a doctor." Also, is jou-le planning to release t-shirts? I love the burnt orange color but I dont wear workout shorts.
UGH. A pay cut with this current rise of inflation?? That's ridiculous. It makes me so angry to hear that institutions can get away with pay cuts while giving other specialties (deemed more "profitable) pay raises. The people in the C-suite aren't medical professionals and they're making these decisions that impact patient care and quality with only finances in mind.
@@drjennale lol just curious as I am very unfamiliar with these types of products and no clue about the ingredient list, do you find this product helpful and if so, how?
I usually do just fine with coffee and salt. But preworkout is supposed to help with focus, pump, etc. Not necessary but I find my workouts are really good when I use it
The main truth I have come to learn as an adult is that your job does not care about you. At all. It hurts more when your work is connected to helping people. So many of us are in the same boat. How do we help each other make things better? That is the question I am forever asking. And for the name brand stuff, I always think about do the type of people I would want to be close with care about things being name brand. My answer is no, they don't. So f the haters and enjoy your stuff and people who are the real deal will find you. See you next week. Or not. Take care of you!
❤❤❤ something will have to change eventually. My coworkers said I need to lead the union and they’ll follow. They just don’t have the bandwidth to lead … and I feel the same way!
