For the dough:
450 ml warm milk
1 tsp yeast
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1 egg
4 tbsp vegetable oil
800 g flour

For the filling:
500 g minced meat
500 g potatoes
1 large onion
salt, black pepper to taste

Pour sugar and yeast into warm milk. Leave until a cap forms on the yeast.
Then add salt, egg and flour, knead a soft dough. At the end, pour in vegetable oil. Knead again. Put the finished dough in a warm place for 1-1.5 hours.

Prepare the filling:
Cut the potatoes into small cubes.
Chop the onion finely.
Then mix the onion, potatoes and minced meat, adding salt and black pepper.

Divide the risen dough into 18 pieces.
Roll into balls. Roll each ball to a diameter of 10-12 cm.
Distribute the filling on each flatbread and assemble into a triangle, leaving a hole in the middle.
Grease with egg and bake at 190 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
