I know simsie never plays with the laundry pack, but for anyone who does I just found out that you can use a laundry basket for the changing table instead of that trash can. The game gives you the option to use reusable diapers (it appears as clothes) instead of disposable ones.

Not to get too sappy, but this legacy challenge has been a highlight in the dumpster fire that is the past couple years. I hope you continue the challenge, but props to you, simsie!

It seems like yesterday when Bryce, Baby, and Barb pop out of their bassinets in a glitchy-creepy way, and now they have a few kids of their own... time does fly!

Just a hint, the babies are always born 72 hours from the successful woohoo. The icon also started to fade when they are ready to go into labour. Usually I make a quick note to myself when the pregnancy announcement happens after using a test, and calculate. So for example, if Nancy gets the announcement at Tuesday 10am approx, she will enter labour on Friday between 8am-10am. Hope this helps!

I just got into this series and I'm so excited to start my own legacy challenge! Currently, I'm on gen. 2 with long life span. I have 2 infants, one soon to be a toddler. Their needs deplete so quickly, its insane.

I started doing this in my legacy save, I started a “museum” like lot for all of my family portraits from previous generations. Now I have tons of room for current gen pictures and birth certificates.

something really adorable: I've been playing this entire playlist in the bg while I work on my current painting, so I actually know for a fact, that within the first few generations of this challenge, simsy specifically mentions her thoughts on the likelihood of a baby update! Adorably, she admitted that she didn't think it was possible to get a baby update for the sims 4 because it had simply been too long since the game launched; that she would really love one but that she just didn't think it was something worth getting her hopes up for. So when she says "if you told me we would get this update, I don't think I would have believed you" she is very, incredibly, correct, with proof to boot XD Anyway, thank you lilsimsy, for keeping me company on my painting, its been a real stressful job and having you and the Belles to keep me company has been just what I've needed to keep my spirits up and keep me going

I have said this before, but watching this series each week is like coming home & watching an episode of my favorite TV show. I have grown so attached to it over these last couple of years! I’m excited about how far we’ve come, but also SO SAD. I don’t want it to end. 😭

The calling thing was hsppening to me earlier today lol it was like when my sims were at work and school i got TONS of calls and options to go with sims places or go to a sims house but when my sims were just sitting at home doing nothing all of the sudden the phone goes slient. No calls, no offers to hangout, nothing. But its kinda fun to see the sims answer a ton of stuff on their phone like my phone in real life lol.

simsie, i’ve found that my sims glitch less if i make it play at a normal speed when i get them to do new tasks, once they start the tasks you should be able to move it back to ultra speed without as many glitches!

Finally! I was so sad cause i finished the last video like 2 hrs ago and i had nothing to watch. Then, this masterpiece of a legacy came back 🎉

Looking forward to see what will be next for this family. I have a single female sim who I have not played in a long time and I kind of want to start a legacy with her save. But things have gotten extremely busy in real life here so I haven’t had time to play lately.

I'm loving the baby update. Infants are so much fun. They are more challenging but I love it. I love that you can achieve milestones and all that. Poor Baby, she's having a rough day but she's a toughie.

Omg i decided to watch this legacy from the beginning and it's so fun that i catched up w it when the last baby (i imagine) is born and becomes an infant!!!

I realised my Sim didn't know his brother when I hosted a family reunion event in my game. Whoopsie. It's super fun to have one. Might be a good idea for a future episode. It gets chaotic but you have to take lots of photos which builds relationships. I turned the Spencer Kim Lewis house into a Rec Centre so I had one that came with a huge dining area as default

Oo how have I missed all these episodes before, I just found the playlist so going to watch them from the start! Dory is adorable though! 🥰 Poor Baby, and wow yeah the fears are intense, I think the dark one they just have to be confident outside and they get over it. Death one can be removed if you complete a want and then talk to a loved one lol, my Sims have been getting so many of them I'm starting to know how to remove it without even checking the panel! 🤣 I think I need a Barb in my legacy, the best I have is that the Tinker family lady, Tina I think it is, comes over and fixes my appliances every so often when the ghosts continually break them lol! Loved this episode, cannot wait until the next to see more of Dory! 😊

my main game has a long legacy (not a challenge per say, it's just been fun) and the thing that fucked with my head the most is that after 3 generations, there's an option to flirt/woohoo/try for baby with BLOOD RELATIVES?? currently my household consists of twins that have kids with the same second cousin...i didn't enter with the goal of incest, yet here we are

My Sim have an infant now... And it's a LOT of work. Like, about half of her waking hours dedicated to taking care of the infant. And, as I'm currently playing in long life, it'll last for over TWO full weeks.

I just wanted to say Dory is my mom's name and I've been rooting for the Adora Bell so I'm so happy you went with that name!
