I was a mathnasium instructor, it's actually very well run, there's a curriculum based off of what kids are actually learning in schools, and emphasizes practical ways of learning instead of brute-force/"this is the only way to do this" vibe. Sometimes actual teachers will take shifts for a side gig, everyone is super knowledgeable and works well with kids. No complaints.
Definitely do your research locally and see what others have been saying but several of these external learning centers can be great for struggling kids.

i live near 4 one is like his worst strip mall one is like his best except instead of 7/11 its called ameristop which is my favorite place on this plannet and the other 2 are just normal except one has this weird ass local fastfood thats like mcdonalds but not and its kinda scary to walk in there except a quarter pounder is only like 3 bucks and instead of fries they serve lays ruffled chips
The funny thing about every Costco strip mall location I've been to is that, despite taking up the same space on the front of the building as the other strip mall stores, they've somehow fit an entire grocery store inside of it, it's that "bigger on the inside than the outside" kind of harry potter shit that keeps me up at night wondering if Costco's founder went to fucking Hogwarts or something.
The thing is that signs like that don't automatically equal strip mall. We have a Petco, Best Buy, Target, Sam's Club, & FedEx on a sign like that but they all have their own buildings. They just share parking lots. He's an ID10T.

I actually have no idea why nobody does shoe repair more often since it’s so cheap compared to new shoes. Of course it’s not as convenient but i guess if you don’t have the money to dish out.

I feel the very worst strip mall shops are the ones that draw a bad crowd, not the ones that provide bad services. The ones where the people who hang around that single shop are enough to dissuade you from attempting to visit any adjacent store.
The 7 Eleven in the strip mall is the best. Well done. There was a really great strip mall near me. It had a Quick Kabob type restaurant, a 7Eleven, a Beauty Supply Store, a Dive Bar/Restaurant, and some random shady sounding finance Corp Office.
1. Deli/Bagel type of place 2. Laundromat/Cleaners 3. Urgent Care/Dentist 4. Absolutely needs some insane niche store. The one near me is a tiny dollhouse store. 5. Bank, makes the whole thing feel safe.

my stripmall would have an In n Out next to a Laundromat. I'd like to also have a pedicure shop near a store that sells cheap clothes and one of those places where you get your taxes done but it also offers car and health insurance and can notorize marriage licenses
