Ingredients needed for the meal.
1 glass of water, 200 ml
3 tablespoons of yoghurt, 75 grams.
1 tablespoon of sugar, 16 grams.
1 teaspoon of salt, 8 grams.
Let's add 1 egg white to the dough, reserving the yolk for the top.
4 cups of wheat flour, 480 grams.
1 teaspoon of dry yeast, 5 grams.
Add 45 ml of vegetable oil to 100 grams of butter.
150 grams of cheddar cheese.
3-4 finely chopped spinach roots. 5 spring onion leaves. 1 pinch of parsley.
1/2 teaspoon black pepper and salt.
Let's bake it in the oven at 200 °C for 25-30 minutes.
