I loved watching this. Louis just tickles me. He gets in the water and turns around and looks at you! lol. He really is a good boy and stays so close to you. Oliver takes off running and it takes forever to catch him. lol. Louie is so well behaved on your walks! He actually LISTENS to y'all. My dogs always played deaf when they weren't on a leash and would go wherever they pleased, we'd sometimes have to chase them down to catch them!

Hi Nisha Louis definitely makes my day, although l am watching at 9pm in Australia. He is such a happy little dog. I hope Max moves out ok, you will miss him. Listening to you go on about NHS, doctors/surgery is so true! Totally agree with you. I have a friend who works in A&E and she said its is far more busier, not just cause of Covid but due to Drs not seeing patients, they come here instead! I've heard quite a few stories, of people's being miss diagnosed aswell. Scary! Can not see the same Dr, that has been with you for years, knows all your ailments and knows what works for you. Instead your 5 minute call takes up 3 minutes of you telling the Dr your medical history, because they dont know a bloody thing about you.😒 xx

Hi Nisha! I am fortunate that my doctor works in a great clinic. I can get to my doctor more easily because each mececin is either a red sentry (nurse assigned to a number of doctors) or another color. So we don't have to talk to the receptionists. Usually I get an answer within a day. During the pandemic I was able to have all my monthly appointments with my psychiatrist at the hospital. I love seeing Louis and how he interacts with the elements of nature especially water...water! xxx

Your hair looks fine Nisha - I really liked the half up half down! This HRT milarkey drives me insane. I started on it 14 yrs ago. It wasn't easy then to get what you wanted. Women who wanted to try oestrogen gel were being refused it and were resorting to travelling to Spain where you've always been able to buy it over the counter in pharmacies. Friends were bringing it back for each other even then! From about 2012 until this year things settled down but the 'Davina effect' and now all these supply chain issues have sent things crazy again. Frustrating!!

Hi Nisha, your hair looks lovely . Good idea to add extensions to enhance style. My niece experienced having her hair cut like yourself.A good tip is too buy a tube of advacado oil and it helped plus warming her towel.Also red clover or black cocos tablets ,a natural method for menopause. From well known health store check out if possible to help.The make up brushes are lovely. I value your informative videos. Give Louis a hug from me. Always a pleasure to listen and watch. HI Nisha I dont know if you know but Superdrug not only do prescriptions for HRT but you can also buy patches, I only know as my friend is on the conti patches and she has bought a back up supply due to the shortage. I think you just fill in a questionairre and it is reviewed by a Doctor. xxx

I know the wait on doctors. If had shingles now for over three weeks on my face. The pain is bad doctor been out 7 times but waiting on phone for an hour has been bad. I thank the doc for helping me. But you can't order your medication on line its useless .hope you get it all sorted xx

Nisha... I'm 55 in a couple of weeks and I've had a Mirena IUD for about 15 years now. I've found it to be a huge help.....in fact my doctor said I will probably not even know if or when menopause starts and finishes. He said I can probably have my last one removed at 60 years old! I used to have all manner of strife with PMS but ever since having the Mirena.....nothing! I guess they're not for everyone, but I've had great success and have told a couple of friends who have been happy with them too.

Go on hrt continuous. It’s one tablet a day stops periods. So no pms it’s great, works great.

Your hair looks good curly but also suited you straight on the day out with your friend. The HRT shortage is a problem. I usually have oestrogel but it’s out of stock everywhere so I have had to change to Sandrena gel which is fine as long as it’s available. I asked my usual pharmacist what alternative they do have in stock and put a note to my doctor explaining the situation and asking for Sandrena which I knew they had. Have you tried gel, it’s much more controllable if you are struggling with getting the correct dose, I find patches are all or nothing. Good luck, hope you get sorted xx

We get our Rx's in the mail!! My husband is on insulin (type 1 diabetic). We had an instance during lockdown when we freaked out because his Rx wasn't refilled & the USPS was so behind from all their employee's out with CV. It was scary!! Screwing with peoples Meds is B.S.!! Paul should pack both a jumper & a t shirt in his backpack (just in case LOL)! So, Max is Moving out... Bittersweet!! On the one hand you will miss him- it will be "emptier". But, on the other hand- Girl... You will not realize how much money you're going to save & how much room you will gain!!😜😏

I have the same issue with less hair at the sides. I used to have clip ins to wear there when my hair was blonde but now it’s grey and I don’t know where to find them to match my colour. I also want to support what you were saying about GP appointments since Covid. I don’t believe we will ever go back to the old system again and it feels scary. The phone appointments are not ideal and the medication ordering on the app is a nightmare.

Nisha you should try working as a GP receptionist just for one day and see how much pressure we are under. It really annoys me when people slag us off when they have not done the job. We are given instructions from the GP’s themselves re prescriptions, appointments and everything else. The phones never stop ringing, the prescription requests also never stop coming through. We work flat out for the whole shift and we get abuse from patients on a hourly basis. We are trying to do a job under extremely difficult circumstances. The Doctors don’t get the abuse but we are working to their instructions. We understand the problems patients face trying to get appointments etc but Please, Please, Please don’t say we are sat doing nothing because for that few minutes you may have seen the phone lines ‘quiet’ is a very rare example of what we have to endure on a typical day. We have over ten thousand patients and it’s not an easy job trying to accommodate each and every patient but believe me we do our best for our patients with a smile on our faces and we care about every patient we have.

Fair point, obviously I have never worked as a GP receptionist, I just speak from a patient's point of view. So, it looks like the GPs are the lazy ones and you are doing most of their job. I didn't know you were in charge of prescriptions, I thought that was Gp's job, I thought your job was to just make appointments. By the way,I have never been abusive to anybody x

@@SugarPuffAndFluff GP’s are definitely not lazy, well our GP’s are not. We process the prescriptions and the GP’s sign them off and with respect Nisha, if you think a Receptionists job is to ‘JUST, make appointments then you are very much mistaken. We had a new starter as a receptionist 5 weeks ago and she was also a patient and her words were, she had no idea what was involved behind the scenes as a GP receptionist and how it had opened her eyes as to what we actually do, in fact she has been gob smacked since starting the job and how much we are expected to do. I didn’t say ‘you’ had been abusive, I said we receive abuse on an hourly basis, in person and on the phone.

Nisha, I'm with you with Drs!!!! Here in the states it's just as bad. I had a triple bypass. I felt that something didn't heal right or something was wrong. I saw Cardio and insisted on an angiogram. He only did it because I insisted. Well, some of the arteries failed. He decided not to Stent these until I spoke to surgeon. Surgeon said he should have stented. , now, I have to get another angiogram. Had the last one in March. I have been waiting for scheduling at hospital for the other angiogram and cardio is dragging their feet. The cardio office schedules it. Weeks have gone by since cardio found out my bypass failed. I'm afraid to do much until I get the stents!!! I'm so angry at the delay. I call and every day they said they will call and they don't.. .So, I understand you frustration !!!

So sorry this is happening to you, it must be very worrying but I thought you didn't get these problem in the US because you pay for your healthcare ? x

Hi Nisha ,I think you're hair is pretty. Still I understand its how you felt about it. Fed up with ot being able to see GP face to face. It's ridiculous. xx
