Thanks Terry I really do appreciate your comments. I had COVID a few weeks ago and it's taking its time to fully go away. But, I've got my music and that definitely helps. All the best, David 🎹🎶👍
Many thanks for your great comments Lainer. I must have a listen to the song you mentioned as I don't recognise it from the title. All the best, David 🎹🎶👍
Yes, there is only a two measure sequence on the JD-Xi that I'm transposing. I've used the same transposing technique in other songs that I've made tutorials for, such as "I feel love" and "Autobahn". Take a look at one of those? I will make a tutorial for this one at some point. All the best and thanks for your comment. 🎹🎶👍
Know you're busy. Is there any way you could help me with my zoom r8? I can't figure out how to change individual channels (like a fade in) while leaving the others alone. I want to make live changes to one channel at a time and save it then adjust other channels individually
Hi Austin, I'm a bit confused about what you're asking. As far as I know there is no way to automate fade in on the R8. You could bounce a track and make a fade in during the bounce. Not sure if this'll help you, but let me know 👍
@DavidGordonJDXi Let me try. I just want to make edits to Individual tracks separate from the others. Final sound i want to be track 1 faded by me in real time after ive played it, then track two also changed by me in real time separately without muting of separating track 1
@DavidGordonJDXi not automatic but do it on replay, in other words changing parameters, (fade, volume) to the final mix on a channel in isolation after its been recorded, without altering the live mastered performance of other tracks
