The cure for most ailments is lifestyle changes which all doctors preach. Every doctor is going to tell their patients stop smoking, cut down your drinking, cut down your meat intake, work out more, etc. They know 80 to 90 percent of patients will not make lifestyle changes in the face of diagnosis or findings of manageable ailments like high blood pressure, cholesterol, diabetes, etc. That's why they have to prescribe blood pressure meds, insulin, statins, etc. My doctor when I was diagnosed with type 2 pre diabetes told me straight up I needed to get in better shape, eat right and start working out. He put me on metformin but told me if I can get in better shape I will be off all of my meds and told me about the keto diet. I did the keto diet and worked out for 6 months and my A1C went back to normal, blood pressure was excellent, cholesterol was normal and he took me off all my meds. So doctors do want to help but if the patients don't want help nothing they can do.

I agree Shayla! They never have the answers to our questions anymore, its always some wayward shit or no response at all. I attribute it to the current way they choose to teach medicine to folks now. To learn any science subject requires time because it is so dense, and they are making these courses shorter in duration but keeping the same amount of material! We are seeing subpar to mediocre medical professionals a lot now and its due to fostering labor over knowledge. They just want people to receive their certifications and degrees and go to work asap. There is no integrity anymore.
Yea, my mom went thru breast cancer, and I attended most of her appointments and treatments. those docs were bogus and lazy af. Literally couldn't give answers to anything outside of their script of info they tell you. Even that was inaccurate and contradictory

Hi Peaks, please try Platter King in Baltimore City (Eastside). It's a black owned business. Sometimes, the wait is long, but the food is hot and seasoned well. Doctors are there to treat patients ailments. Pills do that. If someone comes into a doctors office with high blood pressure that needs to be cut down asap they're going to prescribe blood pressure pills but also let you know lifestyle changes to fix it. The issue is most people are not going to do the lifestyle changes so instead of having a bunch of people get strokes the next best thing is actual prescribing shit that cuts the blood pressure down and reduces stroke and damage to organs.

Ruth's Chris's steak was nice and crispy around the edges because they took the steak into the oven or whatever to finish it off after they cooked it. that's why the plate was also sizzling hot, most likely.
